TECHNICAL FEATURES
SHB 3123/SHB 3124: AC220-240V, 50/60Hz, 600W. SHB 3125/SHB 3126/SHB 3127/SHB 3128: AC220-240V, 50/60Hz, 800W. 600ml beaker for all models. 500ml chopper for SHB 3124, SHB 3126 and SHB 3128.
GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS Safety Recommendations
Please read the instructions carefully and completely before using the appliance.
- Read this operation manual carefully before operating the appliance for the first time.
- Keep the appliance where it cannot be reached by unattended children. - Close supervision is required when the appliance is used by children or handicapped persons.
- Check if the mains voltage rating at your home matches the voltage rating specified on the appliance. Any connection error renders the warranty void.
- This appliance is intended for use at home only.

- Unplug the appliance after any operation and before cleaning.
- Never use a damaged appliance or an appliance that does not work properly. Contact the service center in such a case.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or the plug to water or any other fluid.
- Keep power cord away from the reach of children.
- Power cord shall be kept away from heat sources and sharp edges.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord or the plug is damaged. To avoid any risk of hazard, these parts shall be changed by the manufacturer or the service center.
- For your safety, use accessories or spare parts that are manufactured by us and that are suitable for your appliance only.
- Do not remove accessories without completely stopping the appliance.
- Do not insert any utensils (spoons, putty knifes etc.) into the blade compartment.
- Use accessories one by one.
- Hold the metal blade very carefully while cleaning or removing it from the bowl as the blade is very sharp.
- Always remove the blades before removing the ingredients of the bowl.
- Always avoid touching rotating parts.
- Do not use the appliance while it is empty.
- This appliance should not be used by physically, sensually or mentally handicapped ones (including children) without supervision and guidance of someone who can undertake the responsibility for safety but by the ones who are sufficiently informed and experienced about the use.
- Close supervision is required to ensure that children don't play with the appliance.
- Warning: Do not use this appliance for any other purpose than its intended purpose This appliance is for use in home and similar environments:
- personnel kitchens in stores, offices or other work environments;
- ranches;
- customers in hotels, motels and similar environments;
- bed and breakfast environments.
- The appliance is not designed to be operated by an external timer or a separate remote control system.
- This appliance can be operated by children of 8 years and above, people with limited physical, auditory and cognitive skills or people with lack of experience and knowledge as long as they are under supervision or they are provided instructions regarding the operation of the appliance. In case they are not older than 8 years old or unsupervised, children should not clean or maintain the kettle. Keep the appliance and its cable from the reach of children aged <8.
WARNING: The blades are very sharp! CAUTION: Short-time operating (three times only). Use the appliance for no longer than
1 minute, and don’t operate hard food for no longer than 15 seconds.

HOW TO USE How to use the hand blender
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.
1. Insert the blender stick onto the motor unit until it locks.
2. Introduce the hand blender in the bowl. Then press the switch I or Turbo switch. You can use the hand blender in the measuring beaker and just as well in any other vessel.
4. Caution: The blade is very sharp!
How to use your chopper (for SHB 3124, SHB 3126, SHB 3128)
1. Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as
chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
2. Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
Before chopping.
1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Caution: The blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down the blade and lock
bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
3. Place the food in the chopper bowl.
4. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
5. Place the motor unit on the chopper bowl lid until it locks.
6. Press switch to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor unit with on
hand and the chopper bowl the other.
7. After use, Unplug then remove the motor unit.
8. Then remove the chopping bowl lid.
9. Carefully take out the blade.
10. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
How to use your whisk
Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and Ready-mix desserts.
1. Inset the whisk into the whisk holder, and then slot the gear

box onto the motor unit until it locks.
2. Place the whisk in a bowl and only. Then press the switch I or Turbo switch to operate it.
3. Unplug then remove the gear box after use. Then pull the whisk out of the gear box.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the motor unit and chopping bowl lid only with a damp cloth only. Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
1. All other parts can be cleaned in the dish washer. However, after processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades right away.
2. Also, be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcifier in your dishwasher.
3. When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may become
discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
4. The blades are very sharp, please attention.
5. Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
