Ladyshave & Care
Your new Ladyshave & Care combines a newly designed shaver and a specially developed caring shaving balm to give you an optimal shave. The caring shaving balm helps to achieve a close shave and it keeps your skin smooth and moisturised. To make the best use of your Ladyshave & Care, first read the directions for use and look at the illustrations.
Batteries (fig. 1-3)
Your Ladyshave runs on two R6 1.5 Volt batteries. We recommend Philips Powerlife batteries because of their long life.
Inserting the batteries:
-Make sure that your hands and the appliance are dry when you insert the batteries.
-Open the battery compartment by pulling the top part off the appliance.
-Insert the batteries.
-Make sure that the + and - signs on the batteries match the indications in the battery compartment.
-Close the battery compartment by pushing the top part back to on the appliance (click!).
Note: to avoid damage due to battery leakage:
-Do not expose the appliance to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
-Remove the batteries if you do not intend to use the appliance for at least a month.
-Do not leave run-down batteries in the appliance.
Which type of Ladyshave & Care?
Please check which type of Ladyshave & Care you have bought (you can find the type number on the back of the appliance). Each type has its own shaving head(s).
HP 6330 Ladyshave & Care
Comes with a gold-coloured shaving head for shaving the entire body.
HP 6331 Ladyshave & Care Opti-shave
Comes with the Opti-shave system consisting of:
•A silver-coloured shaving head, specially designed for shaving the legs.
•A blue-coloured shaving head, specially designed for shaving more sensitive areas like underarms and bikini line.
The shaving heads can be easily changed, so you will always be able to use the shaving head best suited to the part of your body you want to shave (fig. 4).
Caring shaving balm
The caring shaving balm has been specially developed to be used exclusively in combination with the Ladyshave & Care models, to obtain a perfectly smooth shaving result outside the shower.
The balm prepares your skin for a close shave and leaves your skin soft and moisturised.
Furthermore, the shaving balm will make the shaver glide smoothly over your skin, which leads to a pleasant and comfortable shave. The caring shaving balm has been developed for shaving without water.
Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Isohexadecane, Glycerine, Mineral Oil, Decyl Glucoside, Squalane, Panthenol, Sodium Carbomer, Allantoine, Aloe Barbadensis Gel, Perfume, Menthol, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben. 125 ml e. Dermatologically tested.

How to use the Philips Ladyshave & Care
-If your last shave was more than two days ago, pop up the trimmer.
Note: The trimmer is delivered in the popped-up position (fig. 5).
-Always shave against the direction of hairgrowth (fig. 6).
-If you have very long hairs (last shave more than eight weeks ago), we advise you to shave with the trimmer, without using shaving balm.
-Before shaving, apply a thin layer of shaving balm to your skin.
-Push up the white lock (fig. 7).
-Squeeze the bottle softly and roll the shaving balm onto the area to be shaved (fig. 8).
-Place the shaving head gently on the skin and shave with your
Ladyshave & Care (fig. 9).
Note: You can press down the trimmer for a more comfortable shave.
•If necessary, you can apply extra shaving balm. Any shaving balm left on the skin can be massaged in as a moisturiser.
Wet Use
Your Ladyshave & Care can also be used in the shower (fig. 10).
If you shave wet, we advise you to use soap or shaving foam for your personal comfort.
Cleaning
•After you have used your Ladyshave & Care with the shaving balm, clean the appliance with warm water. Do not exert any pressure on the shaving head, as this may cause damage to the shaving head (fig. 11).
•Do not forget to take off the shaving head to clean the cutter.
•Use warm water and the brush to clean the cutter. (fig. 12)
•Do not use alcohol, acetone, gasoline, abrasives, etc. for cleaning the plastic parts.
•Do not clean, rinse or immerse in water if the battery compartment is open.
Maintenance
-Spread a drop of sewing machine oil onto the shaving head and the trimmer twice a year (fig. 13).
-To keep your Ladyshave water-tight:
-keep the sealing ring of the battery compartment clean and undamaged.
-apply some vaseline to the sealing ring from time to time.

Shaving head
To maintain the best shaving results, we advise you to replace the shaving head every 6 months if you use your appliance at least one or more times a week. A worn-out or damaged shaving head should be replaced right away. Use only the original Philips Ladyshave & Care shaving heads.
Caring shaving balm
The caring shaving balm can also be bought separately (type number HP 6020). If you cannot obtain these products at your local shop, please contact the Philips Service Centre or the Consumer Help Desk. For telephone numbers, please see the worldwide guarantee leaflet.
Environment
Important: batteries contain substances which may pollute the environment.
If you decide to discard the appliance in due course:
-Remove the batteries and dispose of them at an officially assigned battery collection point.
-Take the motor and other metal parts to a metals collection point.
-If necessary, you can contact your local authorities for information on the waste disposal and recycling services available.

Ladyshave & Care
Votre nouveau Ladyshave & Care combine un rasoir nouvellement conçu et un baume de soin d’épilation spécialement développé pour vous donner un résultat d’épilation optimal. Le baume de soin d’épilation prépare votre peau pour une épilation de très près et laisse votre peau douce et hydratée. Ladyshave & Care vous procure une épilation de très près et confortable dans toutes les situations. Pour tirer le meilleur parti de votre Ladyshave & Care, familiarisez-vous à l’appareil. Tout d’abord, veuillez lire ces instructions en vous reportant aux illustrations.
Mise en place des piles ( fig.1 à 3 )
Votre Ladyshave fonctionne avec 2 piles type R6 - 1,5 V. Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser les piles Philips Powerlife pour leur excellente durée de vie et leur respect de l’environnement.
-Assurez-vous que vos mains soient sèches avant d’insérer les piles dans l’appareil.
-Ouvrez le compartiment à piles en tirant sur la partie supérieure.
-Insérez les piles.
-Vérifiez bien que les signes + et - des piles soient en face des indications du compartiment à piles (fig. 3).
-Refermez le compartiment à piles (Clic).
Nota: Afin d’éviter tout dommage :
-Ne laissez jamais l’appareil exposé à une source de chaleur trop élevée ou aux rayons directs du soleil.
-Retirez toujours les piles si vous ne souhaitez pas vous servir de votre appareil pendant longtemps ( plus de 1 mois ).
-Ne laissez jamais des piles déchargées dans l’appareil.
Quel type de Ladyshave & Care avez-vous ?
Vérifiez le type de Ladyshave & Care en votre possession (vous trouverez le numéro de type au dos de l’appareil). Chaque type d’appareil a sa propre tête de rasage.
HP 6330 Ladyshave & Care
Cet appareil est équipé d’une tête de rasage couleur or pour raser intégralement le corps (jambes et maillot).
HP 6331 Ladyshave & Care Opti-Shave
Cet appareil est équipé d’un système Opti-shave comprenant :
•Une tête de rasage argentée optimisée pour raser les jambes.
•Une tête de rasage bleue optimisée pour raser les zones plus sensibles comme les aisselles et la ligne du maillot.
Vous pouvez facilement utiliser les différentes têtes de rasage selon vos besoins spécifiques (fig. 4).
Baume de soin d’épilation
Ce baume de soin pour le rasage est une crème spécialement développée pour être exclusivement utilisé avec le Ladyshave & Care hors de la douche afin d’obtenir un résultat de rasage parfaitement doux.
Le baume prépare votre peau à un rasage de très près et laisse votre peau douce et hydratée.
De plus le baume de rasage laisse votre rasoir glisser le long de votre peau rendant le rasage plaisant et confortable. Le baume a été conçu pour un rasage à sec.
Composition : Eau, Isohexadecane, Glycérine, Huile minérale, Decyl Glucoside, Squalane, Panthenol, Sodium Carbomer, Allantoine, Gel Aloe Barbadensis, Parfum, Menthol, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Methylparaben, Butylparaben,Propylparaben. 125ml e.
Testé dermatologiquement.

Comment utiliser le Ladyshave & Care ?
-Si vous avez des poils longs (dernière épilation antérieure à 2 jours) utilisez la tondeuse.
Nota : La tondeuse est livrée en position haute (fig. 5).
-Rasez-vous toujours en fonction du sens de la pousse des poils (fig. 6).
-Dans le cas où les poils seraient très longs (dernière épilation supérieure à 8 semaines), nous vous conseillons de procéder au rasage avec la tondeuse au préalable et sans application de baume.
-Avant le rasage, appliquez une couche de baume de rasage sur votre peau.
-Pressez le bouton blanc du tube (fig. 7).
-Faites rouler le baume de rasage sur les zones à raser (fig. 8).
-Mettez l’appareil en marche et placez la tête de votre Ladyshave & Care délicatement sur votre peau (fig. 9).
-Nota : Pour un rasage plus confortable vous pouver abaisser la tondeuse.
•Vous pouvez appliquer une couche de baume supplémentaire si nécessaire. Vous pouvez masser le baume résiduel après le rasage pour le faire pénétrer et permettre ainsi l’hydratation de la peau.
Utilisation sous l’eau
Votre Ladyshave & Care peut aussi s’utiliser sous la douche. (fig. 10). Si vous vous rasez sous l’eau, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser du savon ou de la mousse de rasage pour votre confort personnel.
Nettoyage
•Après utilisation de votre Ladyshave & Care avec le baume de rasage, nettoyez l’appareil avec de l’eau tiède (fig. 11).
•N’exercez aucune pression pour ne pas endommager la tête de rasage.
•N’oubliez pas de retirer la tête de rasage pour nettoyer la lame avec la brossette et à l’eau tiède (fig. 12).
•N’utilisez pas d’alcool, d’acétone, d’abrasifs, etc. pour nettoyer les parties en plastique.
•Ne nettoyez jamais l’appareil sous l’eau si le compartiment à piles est ouvert.
Entretien
-Deux fois par an, mettez une goutte d’huile pour machine à coudre sur la tête de rasage et la tondeuse (fig. 14).
-Afin de garder une parfaite étanchéité à votre Ladyshave vérifiez que le joint du compartiment à piles est propre et en bon état.
-Lubrifiez-le avec une goutte d’huile pour machine à coudre de temps
àautre.
Rechange

Les têtes de rasage
Pour maintenir de bons résultats de rasage, nous vous conseillons de remplacer la tête de rasage tous les six mois si vous utilisez votre appareil une fois par semaine ou plus. Une tête de rasage abîmée ou endommagée doit être remplacée sur-le-champ. Utilisez exclusivement les têtes de rasage Ladyshave & Care Philips d’origine.
Baume de soin de rasage
Le baume de soin de rasage peut être également acheté séparément (type HP 6020).
Vous pouvez vous procurer ces produits chez votre revendeur ou Centre Service Agréé.
Dans le cas contraire veuillez contacter le service consommateurs Philips. Pour obtenir les numéros de téléphone consultez le dépliant de garantie internationale.

Environnement
Remarque : Les piles contiennent des substances qui pourraient nuire à l’environnement.
Quand vous vous débarrassez de votre appareil, en fin de vie, retirez toujours les piles et placez-les dans un container destiné aux déchets chimiques.
Placez le moteur et les autres parties métalliques dans le container destiné au recyclage des métaux.
Si nécessaire, vous pouvez contacter vos autorités locales pour vous indiquer les services mis à votre disposition dans ce domaine.

Ladyshave & Care
Ihr neuer Ladyshave & Care ist die ideale Kombination eines neuartigen Ladyshave mit einem speziell entwickelten, pflegenden Rasierbalsam. Mit diesem System erzielen Sie eine besonders gründliche und gleichzeitig pflegende Rasur. Der Rasierbalsam bereitet Ihre Haut optimal auf die Rasur vor und versorgt sie zusätzlich mit lange anhaltender Feuchtigkeit. Das Ergebnis ist eine samtweiche und wunderbar glatte Haut. Machen Sie sich zunächst mit Ihrem Ladyshave & Care vertraut, indem Sie den Text der vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung sorgsam lesen und dabei die Abbildungen anschauen.
Batterien (Abb. 1 bis 3)
Das Gerät arbeitet mit zwei 1,5 V Mignon-Batterien Type R6 (AA). Wegen Ihrer langen Nutzungsdauer empfehlen wir Philips AlkalineBatterien Powerlife.
Batterien einsetzen:
-Achten Sie darauf, daß Ihre Hände, die Batterien und das Gerät völlig trocken sind, wenn Sie die Batterien einsetzen.
-Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie den Deckel vom Gerät abziehen.
-Setzen Sie die Batterien ein.
-Achten Sie darauf, daß die Kennzeichnungen + und - mit den Markierungen in dem Batteriefach übereinstimmen.
-Setzen Sie den Deckel des Batteriefachs wieder auf und schieben Sie ihn bis zum Anschlag (“Klick”) zu.
Hinweis: Vermeiden Sie Beschädigungen des Geräts durch auslaufende Batterien
- Legen Sie das Gerät nicht in die Nähe einer Heizquelle oder in
direktes Sonnenlicht.
-Nehmen Sie die Batterien heraus, wenn Sie das Gerät länger als einen Monat nicht gebrauchen wollen.
-Lassen Sie leere Batterien nicht im Gerät.
Ihr Ladyshave & Care
Prüfen Sie bitte, welche Gerätetype Sie besitzen. Die Typennummer finden Sie auf der Rückseite des Geräts.
Jedes Gerät hat einen speziellen Scherkopf.
HP 6330 Ladyshave & Care
Dieses Gerät ist mit einem goldfarbenen Scherkopf zur Rasur aller Körperbereiche ausgestattet.
HP 6331 Ladyshave & Care Opti-Shave
Das Opti-Shave-System umfaßt ...
•einen silberfarbenen Scherkopf, speziell zur Rasur der Beine,
•einen blaufarbenen Scherkopf zur Rasur empfindlicher Körperpartien wie Achselhöhlen und Bikini-Zone.
Sie können die beiden Scherköpfe zur individuellen Verwendung leicht austauschen (Abb. 4).
Rasierbalsam
Der Rasierbalsam wurde ausschließlich für die Verwendung mit den Ladyshave & Care Modellen entwickelt. Er bereitet die Haut optimal auf die Rasur vor, so daß die Härchen besonders nah am Haaransatz abrasiert werden können. Auf diese Weise erzielen Sie eine besonders gründliche Rasur.
Darüber hinaus bewirkt der pflegende Rasierbalsam, daß der Ladyshave sanft über die Haut gleitet und sie zugleich mit lange anhaltender Feuchtigkeit versorgt. Die Haut ist nach der Rasur wunderbar glatt und gepflegt.
Der pflegende Rasierbalsam wurde zur Rasur ohne Wasser entwickelt.

Der Gebrauch des Ladyshave & Care
Liegt Ihre letzte Rasur länger als 2 Tage zurück, so fahren Sie den Langhaarschneider aus.
Hinweis: Der Langhaarschneider wird in ausgefahrener Position geliefert (Abb. 5).
-Führen Sie das Gerät immer gegen die Haarwuchsrichtung (Abb. 6).
-Wenn Ihre Haare länger sind, z.B. die letzte Rasur länger als 8 Wochen zurückliegt, so empfehlen wir Ihnen die Rasur mit ausgefahrenem Langhaarschneider, ohne vorher Rasierbalsam aufzutragen.
-Tragen Sie vor der Rasur den Rasierbalsam gleichmäßig auf:
-Ziehen Sie den weißen Verschluß hoch (Abb. 7).
-Tragen Sie den Balsam, unter leichtem Druck auf die Flasche, auf die zu rasierende Hautpartie auf (Abb. 8).
-Setzen Sie den Scherkopf leicht auf Ihre Haut, und rasieren Sie sich mit dem Ladyshave & Care (Abb. 9).
Hinweis: Sie können zur bequemeren Rasur den Langhaarschneider
hinunterschieben.
•Tragen Sie bei Bedarf zusätzlichen Rasierbalsam auf. Verbliebenen Rasierbalsam können Sie als Feuchtigkeitsspender in die Haut einmassieren.
Naßrasur
Sie können Ihr Gerät auch unter der Dusche verwenden (Abb. 10). In diesem Fall empfehlen wir Ihnen die Verwendung von Seife oder Rasierschaum für eine besonders angenehme Rasur.
Reinigung
•Spülen Sie das Gerät nach Gebrauch mit lauwarmem Wasser ab. Sie können das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen, auf das Sie bei Bedarf einen Tropfen Spülmittel aufgetragen haben.
Drücken Sie nicht auf das Scherblatt (Abb. 11), um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
•Nehmen Sie unbedingt den Scherkopf vom Gerät, und reinigen Sie die Messer mit lauwarmem Wasser und einer Bürste (Abb. 12).
•Verwenden Sie keine Lösungsmittel wie Alkohol, Aceton, Benzin und keine Scheuermittel - auch nicht zum Reinigen des Gehäuses.
•Vermeiden Sie, daß das Gerät mit Wasser in Berührung kommt, wenn das Batteriefach offen ist.
Wartung
•Geben Sie zweimal jährlich je einen Tropfen Nähmaschinenöl auf das Scherblatt und den Langhaarschneider (Abb. 13).
•Um Ihren Ladyshave & Care wasserdicht zu halten ...
-halten Sie den Dichtungsring des Batteriefachs sauber und vermeiden Sie Beschädigungen;
-reiben Sie den Dichtungsring von Zeit zu Zeit mit ein wenig Vaseline ein.
Ersatz

Scherkopf
Wenn Sie Ihr Gerät einmal wöchentlich oder häufiger verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, den Scherkopf alle 6 Monate auszutauschen. Tauschen Sie aber beschädigte oder abgenutzte Scherköpfe sofort aus. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich original Philips Ladyshave & Care- Scherköpfe.

Rasierbalsam
Der Rasierbalsam ist unter der Type HP 6020 erhältlich.
Sollten diese Produkte bei Ihrem örtlichen Handel nicht verfügbar sein, so wenden Sie sich bitte an das Philips Service Center in Ihrem Lande. Die Telefonnummern entnehmen Sie bitte der beiliegenden Garantieschrift.
Umweltschutz
Hinweis: Batterien enthalten Stoffe, welche die Umwelt gefährden können. Sorgen Sie dafür, daß sie nach Ablauf der Nutzungsdauer nicht in den normalen Hausmüll geraten.
-Entnehmen Sie die Batterien, und geben Sie sie bei einer offiziellen Sammelstelle ab.
-Geben Sie den Motor, das Gehäuse und die Kunststoffteile zum jeweils entsprechenden Sondermüll, wenn Sie das Gerät außer Betrieb nehmen.
-Die offiziellen Stellen geben Ihnen gern Auskunft über eine sachgerechte Entsorgung.
