Esso contiene importanti indicazioni per la sicurezza, l'uso e lo smaltimento. Prima di utilizzare il prodotto, acquisire dimestichezza con tutte le indicazioni relative ai comandi e alla sicurezza. Utilizzare il prodotto solo come descritto e per i campi d'impiego indicati. In caso di cessione del prodotto a terzi, consegnare anche tutta la relativa documentazione.

Uso conforme

Questo apparecchio è destinato alla pulizia di: macchine, veicoli, fabbricati, utensili, facciate, terrazze, attrezzi da giardino ecc.

– per pulire con getto a bassa pressione e detergente (ad es. pulizia di

macchine, veicoli, fabbricati, utensili),

– per pulire con getto ad alta pressione senza detergente (ad es. pulizia

di facciate, terrazze, attrezzi da giardino).

Autoaspirazione in caso di utilizzo di sorgenti d'acqua alternative

Questo apparecchio è autoaspirante e consente di aspirare acqua da serbatoi o da sorgenti naturali. È IMPORTANTE che il ﬁltro situato all'ingresso dell'acqua sia pulito e inserito e che venga aspirata solo acqua pulita.

Qualsiasi altro utilizzo non esplicitamente autorizzato nel presente manuale di istruzioni può causare danni all'apparecchio e rappresentare un serio pericolo per l'operatore. Rispettare sempre le limitazioni indicate nelle indicazioni di sicurezza. Rispettare le prescrizioni nazionali che possono limitare l'utilizzo della macchina. Qualunque altro impiego o modiﬁca della macchina è da considerarsi non conforme alla destinazione d'uso prevista e comporta gravi rischi di infortunio. Non previsto per l'uso professionale.

Impedire che le acque di scarico contenenti oli minerali penetrino nel terreno, nei corsi d'acqua o nella rete fognaria. Pertanto, eseguire il lavaggio di motori e sottoscocche solo in punti idonei e con l'uso di un separatore d'olio.

Requisiti di qualità dell'acqua:

■ Come ﬂuido ad alta pressione usare solo acqua pulita. La sporcizia

comporta un'usura prematura o la formazione di depositi all'interno dell'apparecchio. Se si utilizza acqua riciclata, non superare i seguenti valori limite.

IMPORTANTE! Prima di usare l'apparecchio per la prima volta, leggere queste indicazioni di sicurezza e agire di conseguenza. Conservare queste indicazioni di sicurezza per uso futuro o per il proprietario successivo dell'apparecchio.

– Prima della prima messa in funzione leggere le

istruzioni per l'uso dell'apparecchio e osservare in particolare le avvertenze relative alla sicurezza.

– I cartelli applicati sull'apparecchio forniscono im-

portanti avvertenze per un funzionamento senza pericoli.

– Oltre alle indicazioni contenute in queste istru-

zioni per l'uso, occorre osservare le norme sulla sicurezza e le norme antinfortunistiche previste dalla legge.

– Tenere lontane le pellicole d'imballo dalla portata

dei bambini, sussiste pericolo di soﬀocamento!

■ Attenersi alle prescrizioni di legge nazionali in

materia di dispositivi per il getto di liquidi.

■ Attenersi alle prescrizioni di legge nazionali in

materia di prevenzione degli infortuni. I dispositivi per il getto di liquidi devono essere controllati costantemente e il risultato del controllo deve essere registrato per iscritto.

danneggiato. Se il ﬂessibile per alta pressione è danneggiato, sostituirlo senza indugio. Utilizzare solo ﬂessibili e collegamenti raccomandati dal produttore. Per il codice di ordinazione vedere il manuale di istruzioni.

► L'avvitatura di tutti i ﬂessibili di collegamento

deve essere a tenuta.

gionamento idrico.

PERICOLO!

► Prima dell'uso, accertarsi che l'apparecchio e la

relativa attrezzatura da lavoro siano in buone condizioni e sicuri. Non usare l'apparecchio se una linea di collegamento o componenti importanti dell'apparecchio sono danneggiati, ad es. dispositivi di sicurezza, ﬂessibili per alta pressione, pistole a spruzzo manuali.

► Non aspirare mai liquidi contenenti solventi o

acidi e solventi non diluiti! Tali sostanze comprendono, ad es., benzina, diluenti per vernici o gasolio da riscaldamento. Il nuvolo di polverizzazione è estremamente inﬁammabile, esplosivo e velenoso. Non utilizzare acetone, acidi non diluiti e solventi, poiché aggrediscono i materiali usati nell'apparecchio.

► Se si usa l'apparecchio in aree pericolose (ad

es. distributori di benzina) attenersi alle pertinenti prescrizioni di sicurezza. È vietato l'uso in ambienti a rischio di esplosione.

► L'apparecchio deve poggiare su una base

piana e solida.

► Tutti i componenti che conducono elettricità pre-

senti nell'area di lavoro devono essere protetti dai getti d'acqua.

► Non bloccare la leva della pistola a spruzzo

manuale durante il funzionamento.

► In caso di uso non conforme, i getti ad alta

pressione potrebbero essere pericolosi. Non dirigere il getto su persone, animali, attrezzature elettriche attive o l'apparecchio stesso.

PERICOLO!

► Utilizzare solo detergenti approvati dal pro-

duttore dell'apparecchio. Questo apparecchio è stato sviluppato per l'impiego di detergenti forniti o raccomandati dal produttore. L'impiego di detergenti diversi o di sostanze chimiche può compromettere la sicurezza dell'apparecchio.

► Conservare i detergenti fuori dalla portata dei

bambini.

► Non aprire il cofano mentre il motore è in

funzione.

► In caso di interruzioni prolungate del funzio-

namento, spegnere l'apparecchio premendo l'interruttore principale/l'interruttore dell'apparecchio.

AVVERTENZA!

► Non dirigere il getto verso se stessi o altri per

pulire vestiti o calzature.

► Non dirigere il getto su materiali contenenti

amianto o altre sostanze nocive per la salute.

► Prima della pulizia valutare il rischio rappre-

sentato dalla superﬁcie da pulire, in modo da determinare quali siano i requisiti in fatto di sicurezza e protezione della salute. Adottare le necessarie misure di sicurezza.

► I tubi a getto corti comportano un pericolo

di lesioni, poiché una mano potrebbe venire accidentalmente a contatto con il getto ad alta pressione. Se il tubo a getto è più corto di 75 cm, non è consentito usare ugelli per getto concentrato o ugelli con rotore.

► Gli pneumatici di veicoli/le valvole degli pneu-

matici possono venire puliti solo da una distanza di spruzzo minima di 30 cm. In caso contrario lo pneumatico del veicolo/la valvola dello pneumatico potrebbe venire danneggiato/a dal getto ad alta pressione. Il primo indizio di danneggiamento è l'alterazione del colore dello pneumatico. Gli pneumatici di veicoli danneggiati sono una fonte di pericolo.

► Se si utilizzano detergenti, attenersi alla scheda

tecnica di sicurezza del produttore del detergente, in particolare alle indicazioni relative ai dispositivi di protezione individuali.

ATTENZIONE!

► Se nel manuale di istruzioni dell'apparecchio è

indicato un livello di pressione acustica superiore a 80 dB(A), indossare una protezione acustica.

► Indossare indumenti protettivi e occhiali di pro-

tezione adeguati per proteggersi dagli schizzi di acqua o sporcizia.

► Non diluire i detergenti raccomandati. I prodotti

sono sicuri poiché non contengono sostanze nocive per l'ambiente. Se il detergente entra in contatto con gli occhi, sciacquarli subito con acqua abbondante; in caso di ingestione consultare subito un medico.

Uso

AVVERTENZA!

► I ﬂessibili per alta pressione, il valvolame e i

giunti sono importanti per la sicurezza della macchina. Utilizzare solo ﬂessibili per alta pressione, valvolame e giunti consigliati dal produttore.

► L'acqua che è scorsa attraverso un dispositivo

antiritorno s'intende non potabile.

► Le macchine che funzionano con motore a com-

bustione non devono essere utilizzate al chiuso in mancanza di una ventilazione suﬃciente ai sensi delle autorità nazionali preposte alla tutela del lavoro.

► Dopo aver utilizzato i ﬂessibili con acqua

bollente, lasciarli raﬀreddare o utilizzare brevemente l'apparecchio con acqua fredda.

PERICOLO!

► L'uso prolungato dell'apparecchio può provocare

problemi di circolazione del sangue alle mani a causa delle vibrazioni. Non è possibile determinare una durata di utilizzo generale, poiché essa dipende da diversi fattori d'inﬂuenza:

– Predisposizione ad una cattiva circolazione del

sangue (dita frequentemente fredde, formicolio alle dita).

– Temperatura ambiente bassa. Indossare guanti

caldi per proteggere le mani.

– Una presa salda impedisce la circolazione del

sangue.

– L'uso ininterrotto è peggiore dell'uso interrotto

da pause.

► Per le macchine in cui la combustione avviene

con gas o gasolio, è importante garantire una ventilazione suﬃciente e sincerarsi che i gas di scarico vengano scaricati correttamente.

► Se si utilizza regolarmente l'apparecchio in modo

prolungato e se si presentano ripetutamente i sintomi in questione (ad esempio formicolio alle dita, dita fredde), si consiglia di sottoporsi ad una visita medica.

sone con capacità ﬁsiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte o insuﬃciente esperienza o conoscenza solo se sorvegliate o istruite sull'uso sicuro della macchina e qualora ne abbiano compreso i pericoli associati.

► Per trasportare l'apparecchio, spegnere il

motore e ﬁssare saldamente l'apparecchio.

Manutenzione

► Spegnere l'apparecchio prima di sottoporlo

a pulizia e manutenzione e prima di sostituire componenti.

► Prima di qualsiasi intervento sull'apparecchio e

sugli accessori, togliere la pressione al sistema di alta pressione.

► Le riparazioni sono di esclusiva competenza di

punti di assistenza clienti autorizzati o tecnici specializzati in questo campo che abbiano dimestichezza con tutte le prescrizioni di sicurezza pertinenti.

► L'apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da

bambini o persone che siano state istruite sull'uso.

► Non utilizzare l'apparecchio se vi sono altre

Apparecchi ad acqua calda e con motore a benzina

PERICOLO!

► Utilizzare solo il carburante indicato nel manua-

le di istruzioni. In caso di carburanti inadeguati sussiste il pericolo di esplosione.

► Quando si riforniscono gli apparecchi con

motore a benzina, assicurarsi che il carburante non raggiunga le superﬁci roventi.

► Attenersi alle indicazioni di sicurezza speciﬁche

per gli apparecchi con motore a benzina riportate nel manuale di istruzioni.

► Se si usa l'apparecchio all'interno di locali,

provvedere a garantire una ventilazione sufﬁciente e l'asportazione dei gas di scarico (pericolo di avvelenamento).

► Non chiudere l'apertura dei gas di scarico. ► Assicurarsi che non vi siano emissioni di gas di

scarico vicino alle entrate dell'aria.

AVVERTENZA!

► Non chinarsi sull'apertura dei gas di scarico né

toccarla. In caso di esercizio con bruciatore, non toccare la caldaia (pericolo di ustioni).

Indicazioni sulla sicurezza

PERICOLO!

► Se si è veriﬁcato uno spargimento di carbu-

rante, non usare l'apparecchio bensì portarlo altrove ed evitare la formazione di scintille.

► Non conservare, versare o utilizzare il carbu-

rante nei pressi di ﬁamme libere o apparecchi quali forni, caldaie, scaldabagni ecc. che presentino una ﬁamma pilota o possano generare scintille.

► Tenere lontani dal silenziatore gli oggetti e i ma-

teriali facilmente inﬁammabili (almeno 2 m).

► Non fare funzionare il motore senza silenzia-

tore e controllare e pulire quest'ultimo regolarmente; se necessario sostituirlo.

► Non utilizzare il motore in terreni boscosi,

macchie o prati se il tubo di scappamento non è provvisto di parascintille.

► Tranne che per gli interventi di manutenzione,

non fare funzionare il motore senza il ﬁltro dell'aria o senza la copertura del bocchettone di aspirazione.

► Non intervenire sulle molle di regolazione, sulla

tiranteria di regolazione o su altri componenti allo scopo di aumentare il numero di giri del motore.

► Pericolo di ustioni! Non toccare il silenziatore,

i cilindri o le alette di raﬀreddamento roventi.

► Non avvicinare mai le mani e i piedi a compo-

nenti in movimento o rotanti.

► Pericolo di avvelenamento! Non utilizzare

l'apparecchio in ambienti chiusi.

► Non utilizzare combustibili inadeguati, poiché

potrebbero essere pericolosi.

Dispositivi di sicurezza

I dispositivi di sicurezza servono a proteggere l'utente e non devono essere elusi né messi fuori servizio.

Valvola di troppopieno

■ Se la pistola a spruzzo manuale è chiusa, la valvola di troppopieno si

apre e la pistola a spruzzo manuale fa tornare l'acqua al lato di aspirazione della pompa. In questo modo si impedisce il superamento della pressione di lavoro ammessa.

■ La valvola di troppopieno viene regolata e sigillata in fabbrica.

La regolazione è di esclusiva competenza del servizio clienti.

Montaggio del sostegno superiore della pistola a spruzzo sull'impugnatura

♦ Usare due viti , due rondelle e due dadi  per ﬁssare il sostegno

superiore della pistola a spruzzo

all'impugnatura A.

Valvola di sicurezza

La valvola di sicurezza si apre al superamento della pressione d'esercizio ammessa (vedere dati tecnici); l'acqua deﬂuisce verso l'esterno.

La valvola di sicurezza viene regolata e sigillata in fabbrica. La regolazione è di esclusiva competenza del servizio clienti.

Termovalvola

La termovalvola protegge la pompa ad alta pressione da un riscaldamento non consentito durante il funzionamento a circuito con la pistola a spruzzo manuale chiusa.

La termovalvola si apre al superamento della massima temperatura ammissibile dell'acqua, pari a 68 °C, e convoglia l'acqua bollente verso l'esterno.

Prima della messa in funzione

NOTA

► Durante il disimballaggio, il trasporto e la conservazione, tenere

conto del peso proprio della macchina.

► È preferibile che queste attività vengano svolte da due persone. ► Per il disimballaggio, il montaggio e la conservazione, nonché

durante il funzionamento, il controllo, la manutenzione e il fermo,

assicurarsi che l'apparecchio sia a livello su una superﬁcie piana.

dell'olio è troppo basso, il sensore di livello dell'olio spegne il motore e impedisce l'avviamento. Se il motore dovesse spegnersi anche se il livello dell'olio è corretto, assicurarsi che il pulitore ad alta pressione a benzina sia dritto.

Messa in funzione

Pericolo di danni all'udito. Quando si lavora con l'apparecchio, è imprescindibile usare una protezione acustica adeguata.

► Il getto d'acqua che esce dall'ugello ad alta pressione causa un

contraccolpo della pistola. Inoltre, un tubo a getto ad angolo può causare un momento torcente. Pertanto, sostenere saldamente tra le mani il tubo a getto e la pistola.

► Non dirigere mai il getto d'acqua su persone, animali, l'apparecchio

stesso o componenti elettrici.

► Gli pneumatici di veicoli/le valvole degli pneumatici possono venire

puliti solo da una distanza di spruzzo minima di 30 cm. In caso contrario lo pneumatico del veicolo/la valvola dello pneumatico potrebbe venire danneggiato/a dal getto ad alta pressione. Il primo indizio di danneggiamento è l'alterazione del colore dello pneumatico. Gli pneumatici di veicoli danneggiati sono una fonte di pericolo.

► Non dirigere il getto su materiali contenenti amianto o altre sostanze

nocive per la salute.

► Per proteggersi dagli spruzzi d'acqua, l'operatore deve indossare

indumenti protettivi adeguati.

► Assicurarsi sempre che tutti i ﬂessibili di collegamento siano avvitati

saldamente.

► Non bloccare la leva della pistola a spruzzo manuale durante il

funzionamento.

♦ Se si utilizza l'apparecchio per la prima volta, svitare la vite rossa

L'impiego di detergenti diversi o di sostanze chimiche può avere un eﬀetto negativo sulla sicurezza della macchina.

► I detergenti consigliati sono soprattutto detergenti idonei all'impiego

con pulitori ad alta pressione. Sono reperibili tra l'altro nei negozi per il fai da te e in quelli di accessori per l'automobile.

♦ Agganciare il ﬂessibile del detergente

■ Tenere i dispositivi di protezione, le fenditure per l'aria e la carcas-

sa del motore il più possibile privi di polvere e sporco. Stroﬁnare l'apparecchio con un panno pulito o pulirlo tramite soﬃaggio con aria compressa a bassa pressione.

■ Consigliamo di pulire l'apparecchio subito dopo l'uso.

■ Pulire periodicamente l'apparecchio con un panno umido e un poco di

sapone. Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi; essi potrebbero intaccare i componenti in plastica dell'apparecchio. Impedire la penetrazione dell'acqua all'interno dell'apparecchio.

Intended use

This appliance is designed for cleaning: machines, vehicles, buildings, tools, façades, terraces, garden equipment, etc.

Self-priming when using alternative water sources

This appliance is self-priming and allows the suction of water from containers and natural sources. It is IMPORTANT that the ﬁlter on the water inlet is cleaned and in place, and that only clean water is sucked in.

Any other use that is not expressly permitted in these operating instructions may damage the appliance and represents a serious risk for the user. Please make sure that you pay attention to the restrictions in the safety instructions. Pay attention to the national regulations which may restrict the use of the machine. Any other uses of or modiﬁcations to the machine are deemed to be improper usage and may result in serious physical injury. Not intended for commercial use.

are important for machine safety. Use only the high-pressure hoses, ﬁttings and couplings recommended by the manufacturer.

► Water that has ﬂowed through the non-return

valve is not drinkable.

► The recommended cleaning agent may not be

used undiluted. The products are operationally safe as they contain no environmentally harmful substances. If the cleaning agent gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor at the earliest opportunity if you swallow any.

► After hot water operation, allow the hoses to

cool down or operate the appliance for a short while using cold water.

► Machines driven by a combustion engine may

– Low ambient temperature. Wearing warm gloves

protects the hands.

– A very tight grip impairs the circulation. – Uninterrupted operation is not ideal:

pliance coupled with the repeated occurrence of certain symptoms (e.g. tingling in the ﬁngers, cold ﬁngers), we recommend consulting a doctor.

► The water jet being ejected from the jet pipe

creates a recoil force. The angled jet pipe causes the force to be exerted upwards. Hold the gun and the jet pipe ﬁrmly.

► Using angled spray equipment can help to

reduce recoil and twisting forces.

WARNING!

► The use of high-pressure cleaners can lead to

the formation of aerosols. Inhalation of aerosols can be hazardous to health. Grade FFP2 ﬁlter masks (or higher) are suitable for protection from water-based aerosols.

► Use only the fuel speciﬁed in the operating

instructions. The use of non-approved fuels increases the risk of explosion.

► When refuelling petrol engine devices, take

care not to get any fuel on the hot surfaces.

for petrol engine appliances contained in the operating instructions!

► When operating the appliance in interior

rooms, suﬃcient ventilation and exhaust gas extraction must be ensured (risk of poisoning).

► The exhaust opening must not be blocked. ► Ensure that no exhaust gas emissions occur in

the immediate vicinity of the air inlets.

► Do not operate the high-pressure cleaner if fuel

has been spilt. Move the appliance to another location and avoid all spark generation.

► Do not store, spill or use fuel in the vicinity of

open ﬂames or appliances such as ovens, boilers, water heaters, etc. that have a pilot ﬂame or could generate sparks.

► Keep easily inﬂammable objects and substances

away from the exhaust silencer (at least 2 m).

► Do not operate the engine without the exhaust

silencer and check and clean this regularly (replace if necessary).

► Do not use the engine in wooded, bushy or

grassy terrain unless the exhaust pipe is ﬁtted with a spark arrestor.

Safety devices

The safety devices are designed to protect the user and may not be deactivated or repurposed.

Relief valve

■ If the hand spray gun is closed, the relief valve opens and the high-pres-

sure pump routes the water back to the pump suction side. This prevents the permissible working pressure from being exceeded.

■ The relief valve is set and sealed at the factory. It may only be adjusted

by the customer service.

Safety valve

The safety valve is set and sealed at the factory. It may only be adjusted by the customer service.

Thermal valve

The thermal valve protects the high-pressure pump from impermissible warming in circulation operation if the hand spray gun is closed.

The thermal valve opens if the maximum permissible temperature of 68°C is exceeded and drains the hot water.

Changing the engine oil

■ Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth and a little soft soap.

Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents as these can damage the plastic surfaces of the appliance. Make sure that no water can penetrate into the interior of the appliance.

Automatic oil switch-oﬀ

Warranty conditions

The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase.

If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eﬀected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.

GEFAHR!

► Das Gerät mit den Arbeitseinrichtungen ist vor

Benutzung auf den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand und die Betriebssicherheit zu prüfen. Das Gerät nicht benutzen, wenn eine Anschlussleitung oder wichtige Teile des Gerätes beschädigt sind, z. B. Sicherheitseinrichtungen, Hochdruckschläuche, Handspritzpistolen.

► Niemals lösungsmittelhaltige Flüssigkeiten oder

unverdünnte Säuren und Lösungsmittel ansaugen! Dazu zählen z.B. Benzin, Farbverdünner oder Heizöl. Der Sprühnebel ist hochentzündlich, explosiv und giftig. Kein Aceton, unverdünnte Säuren und Lösungsmittel verwenden, da sie die am Gerät verwendeten Materialien angreifen.

► Beim Einsatz des Gerätes in Gefahrbereichen

(z. B. Tankstellen) sind die entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Der Betrieb in explosionsgefährdeten Räumen ist untersagt.

GEFAHR!

► Fahrzeugreifen/Reifenventile dürfen nur mit

einem Mindest-Spritzabstand von 30 cm gereinigt werden. Sonst kann der Fahrzeugreifen/ das Reifenventil durch den Hochdruckstrahl beschädigt werden. Das erste Anzeichen einer Beschädigung ist die Verfärbung des Reifens. Beschädigte Fahrzeugreifen sind eine Gefahrenquelle.

► Es dürfen nur Reinigungsmittel verwendet wer-

den, zu denen der Gerätehersteller seine Zustimmung gibt. Dieses Gerät wurde entwickelt für die Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln, die vom Hersteller geliefert oder empfohlen werden. Die Verwendung von anderen Reinigungsmitteln oder Chemikalien kann die Sicherheit des Gerätes beeinträchtigen.

► Reinigungsmittel für Kinder unzugänglich aufbe-

wahren.

► Haube nicht bei laufendem Motor öﬀnen. ► Bei längeren Betriebspausen Gerät am Haupt-

schalter / Geräteschalter ausschalten.

WARNUNG!

► Den Strahl nicht auf andere oder sich selbst rich-

ten, um Kleidung oder Schuhwerk zu reinigen.

► Asbesthaltige und andere Materialien, die ge-

sundheitsgefährdende Stoﬀe enthalten, dürfen nicht abgespritzt werden.

► Vor der Reinigung muss eine Risikobeurteilung

der zu reinigenden Oberﬂäche vorgenommen werden, um Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzanforderungen zu ermitteln. Es sind entsprechend notwendige Schutzmaßnahmen zu ergreifen.

► Bei kurzen Strahlrohren besteht Verletzungs-

gefahr, da eine Hand versehentlich mit dem Hochdruckstrahl in Berührung kommen kann. Ist das verwendete Strahlrohr kürzer als 75 cm, darf keine Punktstrahldüse oder Rotordüse verwendet werden.

► Bei Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln ist das

Sicherheitsdatenblatt des Reinigungsmittel-Herstellers zu beachten, insbesondere die Hinweise zur persönlichen Schutzausrüstung.

VORSICHT!

(Technische Daten) ein Schalldruckpegel über 80 dB(A) angegeben, Gehörschutz tragen.

► Zum Schutz vor zurückspritzendem Wasser

oder Schmutz geeignete Schutzkleidung und Schutzbrille tragen.

► Die empfohlenen Reinigungsmittel dürfen nicht

unverdünnt eingesetzt werden. Die Produkte sind betriebssicher, da sie keine umweltschädigenden Stoﬀe enthalten. Bei Berührung von Reinigungsmittel mit den Augen diese sofort gründlich mit Wasser ausspülen und bei Verschlucken sofort einen Arzt konsultieren.

► Schläuche nach dem Heißwasserbetrieb abküh-

len lassen oder Gerät kurz im Kaltwasserbetrieb betreiben.

Bedienung

WARNUNG!

► Hochdruckschläuche, Armaturen und Kupplungen

sind wichtig für die Maschinensicherheit. Nur vom Hersteller empfohlene Hochdruckschläuche, Armaturen und Kupplungen verwenden.

► Wasser, das durch Rückﬂussverhinderer geﬂossen

ist, gilt als nicht trinkbar.

► Mit einem Verbrennungsmotor betriebene Maschi-

nen dürfen nicht in Innenräumen benutzt werden, ohne ausreichende, von den zuständigen national Arbeitsschutzbehörden zugelassene Belüftung.

► Bei gasbefeuerten oder ölbefeuerten Maschi-

nen ist es wichtig, für ausreichende Belüftung zu sorgen und sicherzustellen, dass die Abgase ordnungsgemäß abgeführt werden.

GEFAHR!

► Längere Benutzungsdauer des Gerätes kann zu

vibrationsbedingten Durchblutungsstörungen in den Händen führen. Eine allgemein gültige Dauer für die Benutzung kann nicht festgelegt werden, weil diese von mehreren Einﬂussfaktoren abhängt:

– Persönliche Veranlagung zu schlechter Durchblu-

tung (häuﬁg kalte Finger, Fingerkribbeln).

– Niedrige Umgebungstemperatur. Warme Hand-

schuhe zum Schutz der Hände tragen.

– Festes Zugreifen behindert die Durchblutung. – Ununterbrochener Betrieb ist schlechter als durch

Pausen unterbrochener Betrieb.

► Bei regelmäßiger, langandauernder Benutzung des

Gerätes und bei wiederholtem Auftreten entsprechender Anzeichen (zum Beispiel Fingerkribbeln, kalte Finger) empfehlen wir eine ärztliche Untersuchung.

Zubehör und Ersatzteile

GEFAHR!

► Um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden, dürfen

Reparaturen und der Einbau von Ersatzteilen nur vom autorisierten Kundendienst durchgeführt werden.

► Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn sich andere

Personen in Reichweite beﬁnden, es sei denn, sie tragen Schutzkleidung.

► Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicher-

zustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

► Arbeiten am Gerät immer mit geeigneten Hand-

schuhen durchführen.

► Durch den aus dem Strahlrohr austretenden

Wasserstrahl entsteht eine Rückstoßkraft. Durch das abgewinkelte Strahlrohr wirkt eine Kraft nach oben. Pistole und Strahlrohr gut festhalten.

► Bei Verwendung von abgewinkelten Spritzein-

richtungen können sich die Rückstoß und Verdrehkräfte verändern.

WARNUNG!

► Während des Gebrauchs von Hochdruckreini-

gern können Aerosole entstehen. Das Einatmen von Aerosolen kann gesundheitliche Schäden zur Folge haben. Atemschutzmasken der Klasse FFP2 oder höher sind zum Schutz vor wässrigen Aerosolen geeignet.

► Es dürfen nur Zubehör und Ersatzteile verwen-

det werden, die vom Hersteller freigegeben sind. Original-Zubehör und Original-Ersatzteile bieten die Gewähr dafür, dass das Gerät sicher und störungsfrei betrieben werden kann.

Heißwasser- und Benzinmotorische Geräte

GEFAHR!

► Es darf nur der in der Betriebsanleitung angege-

bene Kraftstoﬀ verwendet werden. Bei ungeeigneten Kraftstoﬀen besteht Explosionsgefahr.

► Bei benzinmotorischen Geräten ist beim Betan-

ken darauf zu achten, dass kein Kraftstoﬀ auf heiße Oberﬂächen gelangt.

► Bitte beachten Sie die besonderen Sicherheits-

hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung für benzinmotorische Geräte.

► Bei Betrieb des Gerätes in Räumen muss für

ausreichende Belüftung und Abführung der Abgase gesorgt werden (Vergiftungsgefahr).

► Die Abgasöﬀnung darf nicht verschlossen wer-

den.

► Es ist sicherzustellen, dass in der Nähe von Luft-

einlässen keine Abgasemissionen auftreten.

► Nicht über die Abgasöﬀnung beugen oder hin-

stoﬀ verschüttet worden ist, sondern das Gerät an einen anderen Ort bringen und jegliche Funkenbildung vermeiden.

► Kraftstoﬀ nicht in der Nähe von oﬀenem Feuer

oder Geräten wie Öfen, Heizkessel, Wassererhitzer usw. aufbewahren, verschütten oder verwenden, die eine Zündﬂamme haben oder Funken erzeugen können.

► Leicht entzündbare Gegenstände und Materia-

lien vom Schalldämpfer fernhalten (mindestens 2 m).

► Motor nicht ohne Schalldämpfer betreiben und

diesen regelmäßig kontrollieren, reinigen und nötigenfalls erneuern.

► Motor nicht in wald-, busch- oder grasbestande-

nem Gelände einsetzen, ohne dass der Auspuﬀ mit einem Funkenfänger ausgerüstet ist.

► Außer bei Einstellarbeiten den Motor nicht mit

abgenommenem Luftﬁlter oder ohne Abdeckung über dem Ansaugstutzen laufen lassen.

► Keine Verstellungen an Regelfedern, Reglerge-

stängen oder anderen Teilen vornehmen, die eine Erhöhung der Motordrehzahl bewirken können.

► Verbrennungsgefahr! Heiße Schalldämpfer,

Zylinder oder Kühlrippen nicht berühren.

► Hände und Füße nie in die Nähe bewegter

oder umlaufender Teile bringen.

Sicherheitseinrichtungen

Sicherheitseinrichtungen dienen dem Schutz des Benutzers und dürfen nicht außer Kraft gesetzt oder in ihrer Funktion umgangen werden.

Überströmventil

■ Ist die Handspritzpistole geschlossen, öﬀnet sich das Überströmventil

und die Hochdruckpumpe leitet das Wasser zur Pumpensaugseite zurück. Dadurch wird eine Überschreitung des zulässigen Arbeitsdrucks verhindert.

■ Das Überströmventil ist werkseitig eingestellt und plombiert. Einstellung

nur durch den Kundendienst.

Sicherheitsventil

Das Sicherheitsventil öﬀnet bei Überschreitung des zulässigen Betriebsüberdrucks (siehe Technische Daten); das Wasser ﬂießt ins Freie ab.

Das Sicherheitsventil ist werkseitig eingestellt und plombiert. Einstellung nur durch den Kundendienst.

Thermoventil

Das Thermoventil schützt die Hochdruckpumpe gegen unzulässige Erwärmung im Kreislaufbetrieb bei geschlossener Handspritzpistole.

Das Thermoventil öﬀnet bei Überschreitung der maximal zulässigen Wassertemperatur von 68 °C und leitet das Heißwasser ins Freie.

Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen oder Teile die aus Glas gefertigt sind.

Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten.Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriﬀen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

Abwicklung im Garantiefall

Um eine schnelle Bearbeitung ihres Anliegens zu gewährleisten, folgen Sie bitte den folgenden Hinweisen:

■ Bitte halten Sie für alle Anfragen den Kassenbon und die Artikelnummer

(z. B. IAN 12345) als Nachweis für den Kauf bereit.

■ Die Artikelnummer entnehmen Sie bitte dem Typenschild, einer Gravur,

auf dem Titelblatt ihrer Anleitung (unten links) oder als Aufkleber auf der Rück- oder Unterseite.

■ Sollten Funktionsfehler oder sonstige Mängel auftreten kontaktieren Sie

zunächst die nachfolgend benannte Serviceabteilung telefonisch oder per E-Mail.

■ Ein als defekt erfasstes Produkt können Sie dann unter Beifügung des

Kaufbelegs (Kassenbon) und der Angabe, worin der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist, für Sie portofrei an die Ihnen mitgeteilte Service-Anschrift übersenden.

Original-Konformitätserklärung

Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien, die Sie

über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie z. B. Metall und Kunststoﬀe.

Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Gerätes erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde- oder Stadtverwaltung.

Umweltschutz

■ Entleeren Sie den Benzin- und Öltank sorgfältig und geben Sie ihr

Gerät an einer Verwertungsstelle ab. Die verwendeten Kunststoﬀ- und Metallteile können sortenrein getrennt werden und so einer Wiederverwendung zugeführt werden.

■ Geben Sie Altöl und Benzinreste an einer Entsorgungsstelle ab und

schütten diese nicht in die Kanalisation oder in den Abﬂuss.

■ Geben Sie verschmutztes Wartungsmaterial und Betriebsstoﬀe in einer

dafür vorgesehenen Sammelstelle ab.
