Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance. You have chosen a high-quality product. The operating instructions are a part of this product. They contain important information about safety, usage and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and for the range of applications speciﬁed. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future owner.

Intended use

This appliance is designed for cleaning: machines, vehicles, buildings, tools, façades, terraces, garden equipment, etc.

– for low-pressure cleaning with a cleaning agent (e.g. cleaning machines,

vehicles, buildings, tools),

– for high-pressure cleaning without a cleaning agent (e.g. cleaning

façades, terraces, garden equipment).

Self-priming when using alternative water sources

This appliance is self-priming and allows the suction of water from containers and natural sources. It is IMPORTANT that the ﬁlter on the water inlet is cleaned and in place, and that only clean water is sucked in.

Any other use that is not expressly permitted in these operating instructions may damage the appliance and represents a serious risk for the user. Please make sure that you pay attention to the restrictions in the safety instructions. Pay attention to the national regulations which may restrict the use of the machine. Any other uses of or modiﬁcations to the machine are deemed to be improper usage and may result in serious physical injury. Not intended for commercial use.

areas, comply with all corresponding safety regulations.

Waster water that is contaminated with oil should not be released

into the soil, open water or down drains. Therefore, only wash engines and vehicle underbodies at suitable sites that have oil separators.

Important! Ready the safety instructions carefully before using the appliance for the ﬁrst time and adhere to it at all times. Store these safety instructions carefully for later use or to pass on to the next owner.

– Before using the appliance for the ﬁrst time, read

the operating instructions and pay close attention to the safety instructions.

– The warning and safety signs on the appliance

provide important information for safe operation.

– In addition to the notices in these operating in-

structions, all general safety and accident prevention legislation must also be complied with.

– Keep plastic wrapping away from children.

Water connection

DANGER!

► The high-pressure hose may not used if dam-

aged. A damaged high-pressure hose must be replaced immediately. Only hoses and connectors recommended and approved by the manufacturer may be used. Order No. see operating manual.

► The screw connections of all connection hoses

must be leak-tight.

► Observe the regulations of your water supply

DANGER!

► Inspect the appliance and the working equip-

ment before use for operational safety and for proper condition. Do not use the appliance if a connecting pipe or important parts of the appliance are damage, e.g. safety devices, high-pressure hoses, hand spray guns.

► Never prime with liquids containing solvents

or undiluted acids and solvents! These include petrol, paint thinners or heating oil. The spray mist is highly ﬂammable, explosive and poisonous. Do not use acetone, undiluted acids or solvents as they can damage the materials used in the appliance.

► When using the appliance in hazardous areas

(e.g. petrol ﬁlling stations) comply with the relevant safety regulations. Operation in explosive atmospheres is prohibited.

► The appliance must be set up on a ﬁrm, ﬂat

surface.

► All live components in the working area must be

protected from spray water.

► The trigger of the hand spray gun must not be

jammed during use.

► High-pressure jets can be dangerous if misused.

Do not aim at people, animals, active electrical equipment or at the appliance itself.

DANGER!

► Vehicle tyres/tyre valves may only be cleaned

at a minimum spray distance of 30 cm. Otherwise the vehicle tyres/tyre valves could be damaged by the high-pressure jet. The ﬁrst sign of damage is a discolouration of the tyre. Damaged vehicle tyres are a source of danger.

DANGER!

► Only cleaning agents that have been approved

by the appliance manufacturer may be used. This appliance was designed to be used with the cleaning products that were supplied or delivered by the manufacturer. The use of other cleaning agents or chemicals can impair the safety of the appliance.

► Keep cleaning agents out of reach of children! ► Do not open the cover while the engine is

running.

► During longer working breaks, switch oﬀ the

appliance at the main switch/appliance switch.

WARNING!

► Do not aim the jet at others or yourself to clean

clothing or footwear.

► Materials containing asbestos or other sub-

stances that are harmful to health may not be sprayed.

► Before cleaning, carry out a risk assessment

of the surface to be cleaned to ascertain the safety and health safety requirements. Take all necessary protective measures.

► With short jet pipes there is a risk of injury as a

hand could accidentally come into contact with the high-pressure jet. If the jet pipe being used is shorter than 75 cm, a needle jet nozzle or rotor nozzle may not be used.

► When using cleaning agents, comply with the

safety data sheet of the cleaning agent manufacturer, especially the information on personal safety equipment.

CAUTION!

► If a sound pressure level over 80 dB(A) is

speciﬁed in the appliance operating instructions (technical speciﬁcations), wear hearing protection.

► Wear suitable protective clothing and safety

glasses to protect yourself from water splashes and dirt.

Use

WARNING!

► High-pressure hoses, ﬁttings and couplings

are important for machine safety. Use only the high-pressure hoses, ﬁttings and couplings recommended by the manufacturer.

► Water that has ﬂowed through the non-return

valve is not drinkable.

► The recommended cleaning agent may not be

used undiluted. The products are operationally safe as they contain no environmentally harmful substances. If the cleaning agent gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor at the earliest opportunity if you swallow any.

► After hot water operation, allow the hoses to

cool down or operate the appliance for a short while using cold water.

For appliances with a hand-arm vibration value >

2.5 m/s2 (see technical data)

DANGER!

► Using the appliance for a long time can lead to

vibration-related circulation disorders of the hands. It is not possible to determine a generally applicable time limit for use as this is aﬀected by a number of variables:

– Personal predisposition to poor circulation

(frequently cold ﬁngers, tingling in the ﬁngers).

► Machines driven by a combustion engine may

not be used in interior rooms unless an adequate ventilation system that is approved by the responsible national occupational health and safety authorities has been installed.

► With gas or oil-ﬁred machines it is important

that suﬃcient ventilation is provided and that the exhaust gases are properly extracted.

– Low ambient temperature. Wearing warm gloves

protects the hands.

– A very tight grip impairs the circulation. – Uninterrupted operation is not ideal:

take regular breaks.

► In the event of regular, prolonged use of the ap-

pliance coupled with the repeated occurrence of certain symptoms (e.g. tingling in the ﬁngers, cold ﬁngers), we recommend consulting a doctor.

► The operator must use the appliance properly.

Transport

DANGER!

► When transporting the machine, make sure that

the engine is switched oﬀ and the appliance is ﬁrmly secured.

while it is in operation.

who have been instructed in its use or whose ability to operate it has been demonstrated and who are expressly tasked with its use. This appliance may not be used by minors.

► This machine may be used by persons with

limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision or have been told how to use the machine safely and are aware of the potential risks.

► This appliance may not be used by children

or people who are untrained in its use.

► Do not use the appliance if other people are

in range unless they are wearing personal protective clothing.

► Children should be supervised to ensure that

they do not play with the appliance.

► Always use suitable gloves when working on

the appliance.

Maintenance

DANGER!

► Switch oﬀ the appliance before carrying out

any cleaning or maintenance work or when exchanging components.

► Before all work on the appliance and accessor-

ies, depressurise the high-pressure system.

► Corrective maintenance may only be carried

out by approved customer service centres or specialists in this area who are familiar with all the relevant safety regulations.

Accessories and spare parts

DANGER!

► To prevent hazards, repairs and the installation

of replacement parts may only be carried out by authorised customer service centres.

► Use only spare parts that have been approved

by the manufacturer. Original spare parts and accessories oﬀer a better guarantee that the appliance can be operated safely and reliably.

► The water jet being ejected from the jet pipe

creates a recoil force. The angled jet pipe causes the force to be exerted upwards. Hold the gun and the jet pipe ﬁrmly.

► Using angled spray equipment can help to

reduce recoil and twisting forces.

WARNING!

► The use of high-pressure cleaners can lead to

the formation of aerosols. Inhalation of aerosols can be hazardous to health. Grade FFP2 ﬁlter masks (or higher) are suitable for protection from water-based aerosols.

High-temperature water and petrol engine appliances

DANGER!

► Use only the fuel speciﬁed in the operating

instructions. The use of non-approved fuels increases the risk of explosion.

► When refuelling petrol engine devices, take

care not to get any fuel on the hot surfaces.

► Always observe the special safety instructions

for petrol engine appliances contained in the operating instructions!

► When operating the appliance in interior

rooms, suﬃcient ventilation and exhaust gas extraction must be ensured (risk of poisoning).

► The exhaust opening must not be blocked. ► Ensure that no exhaust gas emissions occur in

the immediate vicinity of the air inlets.

Safety instructions

DANGER!

► Do not operate the high-pressure cleaner if fuel

has been spilt. Move the appliance to another location and avoid all spark generation.

► Do not store, spill or use fuel in the vicinity of

open ﬂames or appliances such as ovens, boilers, water heaters, etc. that have a pilot ﬂame or could generate sparks.

► Keep easily inﬂammable objects and substances

away from the exhaust silencer (at least 2 m).

► Do not operate the engine without the exhaust

silencer and check and clean this regularly (replace if necessary).

► Do not use the engine in wooded, bushy or

grassy terrain unless the exhaust pipe is ﬁtted with a spark arrestor.

WARNING!

► Do not bend over or touch the exhaust outlet.

During burner operation do not touch the boiler. (Risk of burns).

► Except during adjustment work, do not run the

engine without an attached air ﬁlter or without the cover over the intake manifold.

► Do not make any adjustments to the regulator

springs, controller rods or other parts that could increase the engine speed.

► Risk of burns! Do not touch the hot exhaust

silencer, cylinder or cooling ﬁns.

► Keep your hands and feet away from all moving

or rotating parts.

► Risk of poisoning! Do not operate the appliance

in conﬁned spaces.

► Do not use any unsuitable fuels as these can be

dangerous.

Safety devices

The safety devices are designed to protect the user and may not be deactivated or repurposed.

Relief valve

■ If the hand spray gun is closed, the relief valve opens and the high-pres-

sure pump routes the water back to the pump suction side. This prevents the permissible working pressure from being exceeded.

■ The relief valve is set and sealed at the factory. It may only be adjusted

by the customer service.

Safety valve

The safety valve opens if the permissible maximum allowable working pressure is exceeded (see technical speciﬁcations); the water ﬂows out.

The safety valve is set and sealed at the factory. It may only be adjusted by the customer service.

Thermal valve

The thermal valve protects the high-pressure pump from impermissible warming in circulation operation if the hand spray gun is closed.

The thermal valve opens if the maximum permissible temperature of 68°C is exceeded and drains the hot water.

Before use

NOTE

► Exercise caution when unpacking, transporting and storing due to

the high weight of the machine.

► These activities should be carried out by two people. ► Make sure that the appliance is standing on a level and ﬂat surface

while unpacking, and during assembly, storage as well as during

operation, inspection, maintenance and when at a standstill.

connections must be in perfect working order. If the equipment is not in perfect working order, the appliance may no longer be used.

Operation

CAUTION!

► Do not overﬁll the oil. A too high oil level can cause engine damage.

The maximum ﬁll level for the tank is 0.6 litres.

NOTE

The engine is equipped with an oil level sensor. The oil level sensor

► Vehicle tyres/tyre valves may only be cleaned at a minimum spray

distance of 30 cm. Otherwise the vehicle tyres/tyre valves could be damaged by the high-pressure jet. The ﬁrst sign of damage is a discolouration of the tyre. Damaged vehicle tyres are a source of danger.

► Materials containing asbestos or other substances that are harmful to

health may not be sprayed.

► To protect the operator from water spray, wear suitable protective

clothing.

► Always ensure that all hose connection are screwed tight. ► The trigger of the hand spray gun must not be jammed during use.

of dust and dirt as possible. Wipe the appliance with a clean cloth or blow it out with low-pressure compressed air.

■ We recommend cleaning the appliance after every use.

■ Clean the appliance regularly with a damp cloth and a little soft soap.

Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents as these can damage the plastic surfaces of the appliance. Make sure that no water can penetrate into the interior of the appliance.

Preparation for storage

■ Empty the fuel tank

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase.

If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eﬀected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.

This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modiﬁcations/repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.

Čestitamo vam ob nakupu nove naprave. Odločili ste se za kakovosten izdelek. Navodila za uporabo so sestavni del tega izdelka. Vsebujejo pomembne napotke za varnost, uporabo in odlaganje naprave med odpadke. Preden začnete izdelek uporabljati, se seznanite z vsemi navodili za uporabo in varnost. Izdelek uporabljajte le tako, kot je opisano v navodilih, in samo za navedena področja uporabe. Ob predaji izdelka tretji osebi zraven priložite vso dokumentacijo.

Predvidena uporaba

Ta naprava je namenjena za čiščenje: strojev, vozil, zgradb, orodij, fasad, teras, vrtnih naprav itd.

– za čiščenje z nizkotlačnim curkom in čistilnimi sredstvi (npr. za čiščenje

strojev, vozil, zgradb, orodij),

– za čiščenje z visokotlačnim curkom brez čistilnih sredstev (npr. za čiščenje

fasad, teras, vrtnih naprav).

Samodejno sesanje pri uporabi alternativnih virov vode

Ta naprava lahko samodejno sesa in omogoča sesanje vode iz posode ali naravnih virov. POMEMBNO je, da je ﬁlter na vstopu vode očiščen in vstavljen ter da naprava sesa samo čisto vodo.

Vsakršna druga uporaba, ki v teh navodilih ni izrecno navedena, lahko poškoduje napravo in predstavlja resno nevarnost za uporabnika. Obvezno upoštevajte omejitve v navodilih za varnost. Upoštevajte nacionalne predpise, ki lahko omejijo uporabo naprave. Vsaka druga uporaba ali sprememba naprave velja za nepredvideno in pomeni bistveno nevarnost nezgod. Ni za poslovno uporabo.

► Pred uporabo je treba napravo in delovne

priprave preveriti glede brezhibnega stanja ter varnega obratovanja. Naprave ne uporabljajte, če je poškodovana priključna napeljava ali pomembni deli naprave, npr. varnostne priprave, visokotlačne gibke cevi, ročne brizgalne pištole.

► Naprava mora stati na ravni, trdni podlagi. ► Vsi deli na delovnem območju, ki so pod elek-

► Ročica ročne brizgalne pištole se med delova-

njem ne sme zatikati.

► Visokotlačni curki so lahko v primeru neustrezne

uporabe nevarni. Curka ni dovoljeno usmerjati v osebe, živali, aktivno električno opremo ali v napravo samo.

► Čistilna sredstva hranite zunaj dosega otrok. ► Pokrova motorja ne odpirajte med tekom motorja. ► Pri daljših odmorih pri delu izklopite napravo

na glavnem stikalu/stikalu naprave.

OPOZORILO!

čistiti le na razdalji brizganja najmanj 30cm. Drugače lahko visokotlačni curek poškoduje pnevmatike vozila/ventil pnevmatik. Prvi znaki poškodbe se pojavijo v obliki obarvanja pnevmatike. Poškodovane pnevmatike vozila predstavljajo vir nevarnosti.

► Pri uporabi čistilnih sredstev je treba upoštevati

varnostni list proizvajalca čistilnih sredstev, še posebej napotke o osebni zaščitni opremi.

PREVIDNO!

► Če je v navodilih za uporabo naprave (Tehnični

podatki) navedena raven zvočnega tlaka nad 80 dB(A), nosite zaščito sluha.

► Za zaščito pred odbijajočo se brizgano vodo

ali umazanijo nosite ustrezno zaščitno obleko in zaščitna očala.

► Priporočenih čistilnih sredstev ni dovoljeno

uporabiti nerazredčenih. Izdelki so varni za uporabo, saj ne vsebujejo snovi, ki bi ogrožale okolje. Pri stiku čistilnih sredstev z očmi te takoj temeljito izperite z vodo, v primeru zaužitja pa takoj poiščite zdravniško pomoč.

Uporaba

OPOZORILO!

► Visokotlačne gibke cevi, armature in spojke

so pomembne za varnost stroja. Uporabljajte samo visokotlačne gibke cevi, armature in spojke, ki jih priporoča proizvajalec.

► Voda, ki je tekla skozi pripravo za preprečeva-

nje povratnega toka, ne velja za pitno.

► Strojev, ki obratujejo s pomočjo motorja z

notranjim zgorevanjem, ni dovoljeno uporabljati v notranjih prostorih, če ti nimajo zadostnega prezračevanja, kot ga dovoljuje pristojni državni nadzorni organ.

► Gibke cevi po uporabi vroče vode pustite, da

se ohladijo, ali pa napravo na kratko uporabite s hladno vodo.

NEVARNOST!

► Dolgotrajnejša uporaba naprave lahko privede do

motenj v prekrvavljenosti rok zaradi vibracij. Splošno veljavnega časa uporabe ni mogoče določiti, saj je ta odvisen od več vplivnih dejavnikov:

– Osebna nagnjenost k slabši prekrvavljenosti

(pogosto mrzli prsti, mravljinci v prstih).

– Nizka temperatura okolice. Zaščitite si roke

s toplimi rokavicami.

– Trdno prijemanje preprečuje ustrezno prekrva-

vljenost.

– Neprekinjena uporaba naprave je slabša od

uporabe z vmesnimi odmori.

► Pri redni, dolgotrajni uporabi naprave in večkrat-

nem pojavu navedenih znakov (npr. mravljincev v prstih, hladnih prstov) priporočamo zdravniški pregled.

► Pri strojih s pogonom na plin ali olje je po-

membno, da je poskrbljeno za zadostno prezračevanje, in da zagotovite, da se izpušni plini odvajajo na ustrezen način.

Pribor in nadomestni deli

NEVARNOST!

► Za preprečevanje nevarnosti sme popravila in

vgradnjo nadomestnih delov izvajati samo pooblaščena servisna služba za stranke.

► Uporabljati je dovoljeno samo pribor in na-

domestne dele, ki jih odobri proizvajalec. Originalni pribor in originalni nadomestni deli pomenijo jamstvo za to, da je napravo mogoče uporabljati na varen in nemoten način.

► Dela na napravi vedno izvedite z ustreznimi

rokavicami.

lahko pride do nastanka aerosolov. Vdihovanje aerosolov lahko povzroči poškodbe zdravja. Kot zaščita pred vodenimi aerosoli so primerne zaščitne maske za dihala razreda FFP2 ali višjega razreda.

Naprave z vročo vodo in bencinskim motorjem

Varnostni napotki

NEVARNOST!

► Uporabiti je dovoljeno le gorivo, navedeno

v navodilih za uporabo. Pri neustreznih gorivih obstaja nevarnost eksplozije.

► Pri napravah z bencinskim motorjem je treba pri

dolivanju bencina paziti, da gorivo ne zaide na vroče površine.

► Prosimo, upoštevajte posebne varnostne napot-

ke v navodilih za uporabo naprav z bencinskim motorjem.

► Pri uporabi naprave v prostorih je treba poskr-

beti za zadostno prezračevanje in odvajanje izpušnih plinov (nevarnost zastrupitve).

► Odprtine za izpušne pline ni dovoljeno zapreti. ► Zagotoviti je treba, da v bližini dovodov zraka

ni emisij izpušnih plinov.

OPOZORILO!

► Ne sklanjajte se čez odprtino za izpušne pline

in ne segajte vanjo. Pri delovanju gorilnika se ne dotikajte grelnega kotla (nevarnost opeklin).

NEVARNOST!

► Visokotlačne čistilne naprave ne uporabljajte,

če je prišlo do razlitja goriva, temveč napravo odnesite na drugo mesto, da tako preprečite vsakršno nastajanje isker.

► Goriva ne shranjujte, razlivajte ali uporabljajte

v bližini odprtega ognja ali naprav, kot so peči, grelni kotli, bojlerji itd., če imajo te vžigalni plamen ali lahko povzročijo nastajanje isker.

► Lahko vnetljive predmete in materiale hranite

zunaj dosega dušilnika zvoka (najmanj 2m).

► Motorja ne uporabljajte brez dušilnika zvoka in

tega redno preverjajte, čistite ter po potrebi tudi zamenjajte.

► Motorja ne uporabljajte na območju z gozdom,

grmičevjem ali travo, če izpuh ni opremljen z lovilnikom isker.

► Z izjemo nastavitvenih del motorja ne pustite

delovati z odstranjenim zračnim ﬁltrom ali brez pokrova nad sesalnim nastavkom.

► Ne izvajajte nastavitev regulacijskih vzmeti, re-

gulacijskih sklopov ali drugih delov, ki bi lahko povzročile zvišanje števila vrtljajev motorja.

► Nevarnost opeklin! Ne dotikajte se vročih

dušilnikov zvoka, valjev ali hladilnih reber.

► Rok in nog nikoli ne približujte premikajočim

se ali vrtečim se delom.

► Nevarnost zastrupitve! Naprave ni dovoljeno

uporabljati v zaprtih prostorih.

► Ne uporabljajte neprimernih goriv, ki bi lahko

bila nevarna.

Varnostne priprave so namenjene zaščiti uporabnika in jih ni dovoljeno onemogočiti ali se izogniti njihovi funkciji.

■ Ko je ročna brizgalna pištola zaprta, se odpre prelivni ventil, visokotlačna

črpalka pa vodo spravi nazaj do sesalne strani črpalke. Na ta način se prepreči prekoračitev dovoljenega delovnega tlaka.

■ Prelivni ventil je tovarniško nastavljen in plombiran. Nastavitve lahko

izvaja le servisna služba.

Varnostni ventil

Varnostni ventil se odpre v primeru prekoračenja dovoljenega obratovalnega nadtlaka (glejte tehnične podatke); voda steče na prosto.

Termični ventil

► Pnevmatike vozil/ventile pnevmatik je dovoljeno čistiti le na razdalji

brizganja najmanj 30cm. Drugače lahko visokotlačni curek poškoduje pnevmatike vozila/ventil pnevmatik. Prvi znaki poškodbe se pojavijo v obliki obarvanja pnevmatike. Poškodovane pnevmatike vozila predstavljajo vir nevarnosti.

► Materialov z vsebnostjo azbesta ali drugih materialov, ki vsebujejo

za zdravje nevarne snovi, ni dovoljeno pobrizgati.

► Uporabnik naprave mora za zaščito pred brizgajočo vodo nositi

primerno zaščitno obleko.

► Napravo takoj izklopite in se obrnite na svojo servisno službo:

– V primeru nenavadnih vibracij ali hrupa. – Če se motor zdi preobremenjen ali se pojavljajo napake pri vžigu.

■ Ohranjajte zaščitne priprave, zračne reže in ohišje motorja čim bolj

čiste ter brez prahu. Napravo zdrgnite s čisto krpo ali pa jo izpihajte s stisnjenim zrakom ob nizkem tlaku.

■ Priporočamo, da napravo očistite neposredno po vsaki uporabi.

■ Napravo redno čistite z vlažno krpo in malce mazalnega mila. Ne

uporabljajte čistil ali topil; ta bi lahko poškodovala dele naprave iz umetne snovi. Pazite na to, da v notranjost naprave ne pride voda.

Izklopna avtomatika olja

Izklopna avtomatika olja olja, motor pa se izklopi. Motorja v tem primeru ni več mogoče znova zagnati ali pa se čez kratek čas samodejno znova izklopi. Zagon je možen šele po dolitju motornega olja (glejte poglavje »Menjava olja, preverjanje ravni olja (pred vsako uporabo)«).

Priprava na shranjevanje

■ Izpraznite rezervoar goriva

■ Zaženite motor in motor pustite teči tako dolgo, dokler ni porabljen ves

bencin.

■ Po vsaki sezoni zamenjajte olje. V ta namen pri toplem motorju zamen-

izdelek v garancijskem roku ob normalni in pravilni uporabi brezhibno deloval in se zavezujemo, da bomo ob izpolnjenih spodaj navedenih pogojih odpravili morebitne pomanjkljivosti in okvare zaradi napak v materialu ali izdelavi oziroma po svoji presoji izdelek zamenjali ali vrnili kupnino.

2. Garancija je veljavna na ozemlju Republike Slovenije.

3. Garancijski rok za proizvod je 3 leta od datuma izročitve blaga. Datum

izročitve blaga je razviden iz računa.

4. Kupec je dolžan okvaro javiti pooblaščenemu servisu oziroma se

informirati o nadaljnjih postopkih na zgoraj navedeni telefonski številki. Svetujemo vam, da pred tem natančno preberete navodila o sestavi in uporabi izdelka.

5. Kupec je dolžan pooblaščenemu servisu predložiti garancijski list in

račun, kot potrdilo in dokazilo o nakupu ter dnevu izročitve blaga.

6. V primeru, da proizvod popravlja nepooblaščeni servis ali oseba,

kupec ne more uveljavljati zahtevkov iz te garancije.

7. Vzroki za okvaro oziroma nedelovanje izdelka morajo biti lastnosti

stvari same in ne vzroki, ki so zunaj proizvajalčeve oziroma prodajalčeve sfere. Kupec ne more uveljavljati zahtevkov iz te garancije, če se ni držal priloženih navodil za sestavo in uporabo izdelka ali če je izdelek kakorkoli spremenjen ali nepravilno vzdrževan.

8. Jamčimo servisiranje in rezervne dele za minimalno dobo, ki je zahte-

vana s strani zakonodaje.

9. Obrabni deli oz. potrošni material so izvzeti iz garancije.

10. Vsi potrebni podatki za uveljavljanje garancije se nahajajo na dveh

ločenih dokumentih (garancijski list, račun).

11. Ta garancija proizvajalca ne izključuje pravic potrošnika, ki izhajajo iz

odgovornosti prodajalca za napake na blagu.

Embalaža je iz okolju prijaznih materialov in jo lahko oddate na

lokalnih zbirališčih reciklažnih odpadkov. Naprava in njen pribor sta izdelana iz različnih materialov, npr. kovine in umetne snovi.

O možnostih za odstranitev neuporabne naprave povprašajte pri svoji občinski ali mestni upravi.

Varstvo okolja

Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der Benutzung des Produkts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Dieses Gerät ist bestimmt zum Reinigen von: Maschinen, Fahrzeugen, Bauwerken, Werkzeugen, Fassaden, Terrassen, Gartengeräten, etc.

– zum Reinigen mit dem Niederdruckstrahl und Reinigungsmittel (z.B.

Reinigen von Maschinen, Fahrzeugen, Bauwerken, Werkzeugen),

– zum Reinigen mit Hochdruckstrahl ohne Reinigungsmittel (z.B. Reinigen

von Fassaden, Terrassen, Gartengeräten).

Selbstansaugung bei Verwendung an alternativen Wasserstellen

Dieses Gerät ist selbstansaugend und erlaubt das Ansaugen von Wasser aus Behältern oder natürlichen Quellen. Es ist WICHTIG, dass der Filter am Wassereingang gereinigt und eingesetzt ist und nur sauberes Wasser angesaugt wird.

Jede andere Verwendung, die in dieser Betriebsanleitung nicht ausdrücklich zugelassen wird, kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen und eine ernsthafte Gefahr für den Benutzer darstellen. Beachten Sie unbedingt die Einschränkungen in den Sicherheitshinweisen. Beachten Sie nationale Vorschriften die den Einsatz der Maschine beschränken können. Jede andere Verwendung oder Veränderung der Maschine gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Nicht zum gewerblichen Gebrauch vorgesehen.

GEFAHR!

► Das Gerät mit den Arbeitseinrichtungen ist vor

Benutzung auf den ordnungsgemäßen Zustand und die Betriebssicherheit zu prüfen. Das Gerät nicht benutzen, wenn eine Anschlussleitung oder wichtige Teile des Gerätes beschädigt sind, z. B. Sicherheitseinrichtungen, Hochdruckschläuche, Handspritzpistolen.

► Niemals lösungsmittelhaltige Flüssigkeiten oder

unverdünnte Säuren und Lösungsmittel ansaugen! Dazu zählen z.B. Benzin, Farbverdünner oder Heizöl. Der Sprühnebel ist hochentzündlich, explosiv und giftig. Kein Aceton, unverdünnte Säuren und Lösungsmittel verwenden, da sie die am Gerät verwendeten Materialien angreifen.

► Beim Einsatz des Gerätes in Gefahrbereichen

(z. B. Tankstellen) sind die entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Der Betrieb in explosionsgefährdeten Räumen ist untersagt.

► Das Gerät muss einen ebenen, standfesten

GEFAHR!

► Fahrzeugreifen/Reifenventile dürfen nur mit

einem Mindest-Spritzabstand von 30 cm gereinigt werden. Sonst kann der Fahrzeugreifen/ das Reifenventil durch den Hochdruckstrahl beschädigt werden. Das erste Anzeichen einer Beschädigung ist die Verfärbung des Reifens. Beschädigte Fahrzeugreifen sind eine Gefahrenquelle.

► Es dürfen nur Reinigungsmittel verwendet wer-

den, zu denen der Gerätehersteller seine Zustimmung gibt. Dieses Gerät wurde entwickelt für die Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln, die vom Hersteller geliefert oder empfohlen werden. Die Verwendung von anderen Reinigungsmitteln oder Chemikalien kann die Sicherheit des Gerätes beeinträchtigen.

► Reinigungsmittel für Kinder unzugänglich aufbe-

wahren.

► Haube nicht bei laufendem Motor öﬀnen. ► Bei längeren Betriebspausen Gerät am Haupt-

schalter / Geräteschalter ausschalten.

WARNUNG!

► Den Strahl nicht auf andere oder sich selbst rich-

ten, um Kleidung oder Schuhwerk zu reinigen.

► Asbesthaltige und andere Materialien, die ge-

sundheitsgefährdende Stoﬀe enthalten, dürfen nicht abgespritzt werden.

► Vor der Reinigung muss eine Risikobeurteilung

der zu reinigenden Oberﬂäche vorgenommen werden, um Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzanforderungen zu ermitteln. Es sind entsprechend notwendige Schutzmaßnahmen zu ergreifen.

► Bei kurzen Strahlrohren besteht Verletzungs-

gefahr, da eine Hand versehentlich mit dem Hochdruckstrahl in Berührung kommen kann. Ist das verwendete Strahlrohr kürzer als 75 cm, darf keine Punktstrahldüse oder Rotordüse verwendet werden.

► Bei Verwendung von Reinigungsmitteln ist das

Sicherheitsdatenblatt des Reinigungsmittel-Herstellers zu beachten, insbesondere die Hinweise zur persönlichen Schutzausrüstung.

VORSICHT!

► Ist in der Betriebsanleitung des Gerätes

(Technische Daten) ein Schalldruckpegel über 80 dB(A) angegeben, Gehörschutz tragen.

► Zum Schutz vor zurückspritzendem Wasser

oder Schmutz geeignete Schutzkleidung und Schutzbrille tragen.

► Die empfohlenen Reinigungsmittel dürfen nicht

unverdünnt eingesetzt werden. Die Produkte sind betriebssicher, da sie keine umweltschädigenden Stoﬀe enthalten. Bei Berührung von Reinigungsmittel mit den Augen diese sofort gründlich mit Wasser ausspülen und bei Verschlucken sofort einen Arzt konsultieren.

► Schläuche nach dem Heißwasserbetrieb abküh-

len lassen oder Gerät kurz im Kaltwasserbetrieb betreiben.

Bedienung

WARNUNG!

► Hochdruckschläuche, Armaturen und Kupplungen

sind wichtig für die Maschinensicherheit. Nur vom Hersteller empfohlene Hochdruckschläuche, Armaturen und Kupplungen verwenden.

► Wasser, das durch Rückﬂussverhinderer geﬂossen

ist, gilt als nicht trinkbar.

► Mit einem Verbrennungsmotor betriebene Maschi-

nen dürfen nicht in Innenräumen benutzt werden, ohne ausreichende, von den zuständigen national Arbeitsschutzbehörden zugelassene Belüftung.

► Bei gasbefeuerten oder ölbefeuerten Maschi-

nen ist es wichtig, für ausreichende Belüftung zu sorgen und sicherzustellen, dass die Abgase ordnungsgemäß abgeführt werden.

GEFAHR!

► Längere Benutzungsdauer des Gerätes kann zu

vibrationsbedingten Durchblutungsstörungen in den Händen führen. Eine allgemein gültige Dauer für die Benutzung kann nicht festgelegt werden, weil diese von mehreren Einﬂussfaktoren abhängt:

– Persönliche Veranlagung zu schlechter Durchblu-

tung (häuﬁg kalte Finger, Fingerkribbeln).

– Niedrige Umgebungstemperatur. Warme Hand-

schuhe zum Schutz der Hände tragen.

– Festes Zugreifen behindert die Durchblutung. – Ununterbrochener Betrieb ist schlechter als durch

Pausen unterbrochener Betrieb.

► Bei regelmäßiger, langandauernder Benutzung des

Gerätes und bei wiederholtem Auftreten entsprechender Anzeichen (zum Beispiel Fingerkribbeln, kalte Finger) empfehlen wir eine ärztliche Untersuchung.

Zubehör und Ersatzteile

GEFAHR!

► Um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden, dürfen

Reparaturen und der Einbau von Ersatzteilen nur vom autorisierten Kundendienst durchgeführt werden.

► Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn sich andere

Personen in Reichweite beﬁnden, es sei denn, sie tragen Schutzkleidung.

► Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicher-

zustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

► Arbeiten am Gerät immer mit geeigneten Hand-

schuhen durchführen.

► Durch den aus dem Strahlrohr austretenden

Wasserstrahl entsteht eine Rückstoßkraft. Durch das abgewinkelte Strahlrohr wirkt eine Kraft nach oben. Pistole und Strahlrohr gut festhalten.

► Bei Verwendung von abgewinkelten Spritzein-

richtungen können sich die Rückstoß und Verdrehkräfte verändern.

WARNUNG!

► Während des Gebrauchs von Hochdruckreini-

gern können Aerosole entstehen. Das Einatmen von Aerosolen kann gesundheitliche Schäden zur Folge haben. Atemschutzmasken der Klasse FFP2 oder höher sind zum Schutz vor wässrigen Aerosolen geeignet.

► Es dürfen nur Zubehör und Ersatzteile verwen-

det werden, die vom Hersteller freigegeben sind. Original-Zubehör und Original-Ersatzteile bieten die Gewähr dafür, dass das Gerät sicher und störungsfrei betrieben werden kann.

Heißwasser- und Benzinmotorische Geräte

GEFAHR!

► Es darf nur der in der Betriebsanleitung angege-

bene Kraftstoﬀ verwendet werden. Bei ungeeigneten Kraftstoﬀen besteht Explosionsgefahr.

► Bei benzinmotorischen Geräten ist beim Betan-

ken darauf zu achten, dass kein Kraftstoﬀ auf heiße Oberﬂächen gelangt.

► Bitte beachten Sie die besonderen Sicherheits-

hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung für benzinmotorische Geräte.

► Bei Betrieb des Gerätes in Räumen muss für

ausreichende Belüftung und Abführung der Abgase gesorgt werden (Vergiftungsgefahr).

► Die Abgasöﬀnung darf nicht verschlossen wer-

den.

► Es ist sicherzustellen, dass in der Nähe von Luft-

einlässen keine Abgasemissionen auftreten.

► Nicht über die Abgasöﬀnung beugen oder hin-

fassen. Bei Brennerbetrieb den Heizkessel nicht berühren. (Verbrennungsgefahr).

► Hochdruckreiniger nicht betreiben, wenn Kraft-

stoﬀ verschüttet worden ist, sondern das Gerät an einen anderen Ort bringen und jegliche Funkenbildung vermeiden.

► Kraftstoﬀ nicht in der Nähe von oﬀenem Feuer

oder Geräten wie Öfen, Heizkessel, Wassererhitzer usw. aufbewahren, verschütten oder verwenden, die eine Zündﬂamme haben oder Funken erzeugen können.

► Leicht entzündbare Gegenstände und Materia-

lien vom Schalldämpfer fernhalten (mindestens 2 m).

► Motor nicht ohne Schalldämpfer betreiben und

diesen regelmäßig kontrollieren, reinigen und nötigenfalls erneuern.

► Motor nicht in wald-, busch- oder grasbestande-

nem Gelände einsetzen, ohne dass der Auspuﬀ mit einem Funkenfänger ausgerüstet ist.

► Außer bei Einstellarbeiten den Motor nicht mit

abgenommenem Luftﬁlter oder ohne Abdeckung über dem Ansaugstutzen laufen lassen.

► Keine Verstellungen an Regelfedern, Reglerge-

stängen oder anderen Teilen vornehmen, die eine Erhöhung der Motordrehzahl bewirken können.

► Verbrennungsgefahr! Heiße Schalldämpfer,

Zylinder oder Kühlrippen nicht berühren.

► Hände und Füße nie in die Nähe bewegter

oder umlaufender Teile bringen.

Sicherheitseinrichtungen

Sicherheitseinrichtungen dienen dem Schutz des Benutzers und dürfen nicht außer Kraft gesetzt oder in ihrer Funktion umgangen werden.

Überströmventil

■ Ist die Handspritzpistole geschlossen, öﬀnet sich das Überströmventil

und die Hochdruckpumpe leitet das Wasser zur Pumpensaugseite zurück. Dadurch wird eine Überschreitung des zulässigen Arbeitsdrucks verhindert.

■ Das Überströmventil ist werkseitig eingestellt und plombiert. Einstellung

nur durch den Kundendienst.

Sicherheitsventil

Das Sicherheitsventil öﬀnet bei Überschreitung des zulässigen Betriebsüberdrucks (siehe Technische Daten); das Wasser ﬂießt ins Freie ab.

Das Sicherheitsventil ist werkseitig eingestellt und plombiert. Einstellung nur durch den Kundendienst.

Thermoventil

Das Thermoventil schützt die Hochdruckpumpe gegen unzulässige Erwärmung im Kreislaufbetrieb bei geschlossener Handspritzpistole.

Das Thermoventil öﬀnet bei Überschreitung der maximal zulässigen Wassertemperatur von 68 °C und leitet das Heißwasser ins Freie.
