QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
Make a Call
u Lift the handset, or p Press .
r Dial the desired number, or sPress a Speed Call key, or
q Press , or r Dial the prefix for external calls (e.g. 9) and
the number.
Answer a Call
u Lift the handset, or p Press and begin speaking.
End a Call
q Press , or u Replace the handset.
Place a Call on Hold
q Press .
The line key flashes.
u Replace the handset if necessary.
Retrieve a Call from Hold
u Lift the handset, or p Press .
s Press the flashing line key.
Retrieve a Message
q Press . It flashes when a message is
waiting. Follow the voice mail prompts to retrieve your message.
Transfer a Call
q Press . r Dial the number. Wait for an answer. u Hang up, or announce the transfer and then
hang up.
Conference Calls
q Press . r Dial the number. Wait for an answer.
q Press .
Program a Speed Call
q Press r Press # until Personal Keys? appears. r Press *. s Press a Personal Key. r Press *. r Dial the number. s Press the Personal Key again. r Press * to make the number private, or r Press # to keep the number visible.

Adjust Volume Levels
Adjust ringer volume while the phone is ringing. Adjust speaker volume while using the handset or speaker.
p Press repeatedly to raise the volume,
or repeatedly to lower the volume.
p Press to mute your microphone. See the
