TheMACKStandardVehicleWarrantyappliestotheairbrakesystem,assetforthinthe Warranty,butonlyiftheairbrakesystemhasnotbeensubjectedtounauthorizedadditions, deletionsormodications.Ifanysuchunauthorizedadditions,deletionsormodications areperformed,MACKTrucks,disclaimsanyandallliabilityforanylossordamagearising outofamalfunctionoftheairbrakesystem.

Theairbrakesystemwasdesignedandbuilttoconformtoallapplicablefederalmotor vehiclesafetystandardsineffectatthetimeofmanufacture.

Tractorairsystemsaredesignedforoperationasatractoronly ,andtruckairsystemsare designedtobeoperatedasatruckonly.Ifatractorisgoingtobeconvertedforoperationas atruck,theairbrakesystemmustbereconguredtothatofatruck.Conversely,ifatruckis goingtobeconvertedforoperationasatractor,theairbrakesystemmustbereconguredto thatofatractor.ConsultyourlocalMACKdistributorforadditionalinformation.
