Choose what’s right for your ears.
For best sound quality, it is imperative to pick the appropriate
ear cushions. Ear cushions that are too small will yield a poor
seal and result in reduced bass.
Choose from the different sized ear cushions.
When attaching them, push the ear cushions firmly onto
the nozzle.

Wear your earphones straight down for casual listening.

To stow your eaphones away, wrap the cord around three fingers
into the compact bundle and place it into the carrying case.

Grab the earphones by the body.
Don’t pull on the cable to remove earphones or connector.
Keep earphones clean.
Gently remove the ear cushions from the earphone.
Clean the ear cushions and earphone with a moistened
antiseptic wipe regularly.

No audio.
Make sure your earphone plug is securely connected to the
earphone 3.5mm jack of the audio device.
Lack of low frequency (bass).
Check the tightness of the seal between the earphone and
your ear, or try one of the other ear cushion options.
Ear cushions are falling off.
Make sure to securely attach the ear cushions to the earphone
tip and housing by pressing the ear cushions into place.
Change in sound quality.
Remove the ear cushion and check if the nozzle of the
earphone is blocked. Clear the nozzle using a dry, soft cotton
swab or equivalent.
Lost ear cushions.
