The engine firmware was upgraded as the measures against the color registration shift and the color image with low density.

When the color registration shift still appears and is not cleared even though the engine firmware with the corrective measures was upgraded, please download the adjustment firmware and then upgrade the engine firmware again by following [Firmware upgrade procedures] on the page 3.
