Phenomena 1. Error code SC420x (BD steady-state error) may occur.
2. Error code SC4600 (LSU cleaning motor error)
Cause 1. The BD mirror inside the LSU may be dislocated and an error may appear.
2. Motion failure may occur if the cleaning holder tilts when the LSU cleaner moves.
Previous Solution 1. To adjust the BD mirror, a sheet has been added to the BD mirror.
2. A spacer has been added and lubricant has been applied to the rail.

Current solution The shape of the cleaning holder of the LSU cleaner has been changed.
Therefore the spacer and the lubricant are no longer necessary and have been discontinued
