1 Colour shift. Phenomenon

Colour shift may occur.

Cause
This is due to cleaning failure of the colour adjustment reference pattern on the
Primary transfer belt.

Solution
The cleaning bias to the cleaning fur brush at calibration has been changed from
2microA to 8microA.

2 Toner disposal

print-out.

To optimize toner disposal when using the machine in normal operating
environments, the drum protection control and its control table have been
changed.

Phenomenon
White streaks may appear on the print-out.

Creation Date: 29/11/2011

Cause

After the change of the drum protection control table, the conductive compound
may adhere at the gap between the main charger roller and the drum. This may
occur if the machine is ON for 2 hours or more, in environments with a high

temperature and humidity.

Solution
Preventive control for the white streaks has been implemented.
