Calibration errors due to the bent Belt cleaner ID

Phenomenon Several calibration errors may occur.
Examples
• Failure to perform the image density adjustment.
• Failure to perform the colour registration.
Cause The end of the belt cleaner ID has been bent. Under this condition, the belt cleaner ID may be
caught by the guide feed and motion failure of the shutter cleaner ID may occur. This can be
corrected by pressing the belt cleaner ID down to the original shape. Therefore please check
the condition of the above mentioned part when replacing the parts ID sensor assy SP.
Solution The length of the belt cleaner ID has been changed from 3mm to 1.8mm.
