Full page solid image/Developer leak

Phenomenon 1. A full page solid image may appear on the print-out.
2. A developer leak image may appear on the print-out.
Cause The Drum unit may not be charged, or a Charge leak may occur between the drum and the
developer sleeve.
Solution Please check if there is contact failure at the high voltage board and follow the procedure
below.

OK: Leading edge of the spring enters the hole.

If the leading edge of the spring is caught by the wall, use a minus screw driver to release it. Push the
spring down the hole properly.
