Phenomenon

The paper may remain at the exit roller.

Cause

The OFF timing of the exit motor that is required from the exit sensor is slightly early.

Solution

The OFF timing of the exit motor has been synchronized with the OFF timing of the Primary
transfer motor.

Paper jam 9000 (No paper feed jam) may occur when continuously scanning by the DP.

Cause

Under normal conditions the retry process will be repeated 5 times even if the paper feed
fails. In this case the paper feed may not be retried since the counter value at retry is not
cleared when nishing the paper feed.

Solution

The retry counter will be cleared when nishing the paper feed of a single sheet.
