Content of changes
1 The DDNS (Dynamic domain name server) may not be registered in the DHCP (Dynamic Host Conguration
Protocol).
2 Garbled characters may appear on the print-out when the data contains certain types of the PJL (Printer Job
Language).
3 The Big 5 font may not appear on the print-out.
4 Characters may be skipped when printing PCL data.
5 When calling macro data, the system may lock while “Processing” is displayed.
6 The command may appear as text on the print-out.
7 The upper part of the image on the second side of the print-out may be skipped, when printing in duplex.
8 Characters may appear overlapped when printing with macro commands.
9 Print failure may occur, when using the KPDL (Auto) driver.
10 Print failure may occur when the data includes Prescribe commands.
11 Lines may appear on the print-out, when printing the same 2 les continuously.
12 When sending NW-Fax data, authentication mismatch may occur. Under this condition, the Data/Receive LED
may remain ON and the on-hold condition may continue.
13 Error code F000 may appear when printing PS data.
14 The following errors may occur when printing PDF les directly from the machine.
• System error.
• Processing lock-up.
• Error code F030.
15 The print position may shift when printing.
16 The print-out of PDF les may be interrupted and stop, while the the machine appears to be waiting.
17 Character lines may be skipped on the print-out.
18 TIF images may appear twice the size on the print-out.
19 The PS error may appear and the print-out may be terminated when printing data from Unix.
20 The macro may be disabled after changing the emulation or the resolution at the operation panel.
21 The image may be partly skipped when printing PS data.
22 The data at the left edge may be skipped and the character pith may appear broadened when printing PS data.
23 The leading edge of the image may shift or the image at the center may be skipped, when printing the image on
the back of the duplex print-out.
24 The Code 39 barcode may appear as text on the print-out.
25 Umlaut characters may be partly skipped when printing PDF data when using Adobe Reader/Acrobat (9.2.0) in
combination with the PCL-XL driver (KX v5.0.1930).
26 The characters may appear partly garbled when printing CAD les.
27 The image may be skipped when printing PDF data.
28 The print speed has been improved.
29 White spots may appear around the characters when printing.
