For the KM sales companies, it is possible to download the firmware at the download center on the ESDC.net.
When upgrading the firmware or replacing a board, please upgrade all kinds of the firmware (MAIN and ENGINE) to the latest
version at the same time.
If the time zone was set to “-3:00 Brasilia” from Command Center,
the network might not respond and the panel might be locked up.
Therefore, this was corrected.
The term used on the service status page was changed from "Digital
Dot Coverage" to "Print Coverage".
- The coverage is simply converted with the area image ratio based on
the current dot number data so that the accuracy as the reference
value of the toner consumption can be improved.
Precaution)
- When upgrading the firmware, the Digital Dot Coverage data will be
reset due to the different way of calculation.
If you need old print coverage report, please print out Service Status
Page before updating the firmware.

When two copies of a certain file data was printed with CCPY, the
machine might be locked up while showing "Processing" after the
second copy was printed out. Therefore, this was corrected.
When the relevant file was printed out after printing another data, the
file may be only partly printed or undesired letters might appear on
the water mark part. Therefore, this was corrected.
Undesired thin line might appear on the image when outputting the
raster data created by the CAD software. Therefore, this was
corrected.
When printing from a host system such as SAP, AS-400, etc, Latin 1
characters might be only partly printed even though printing Windows
job was correctly performed right after the power was turned ON.
Therefore, this was corrected.
Big 5 font might not be printed out. Therefore, this was corrected.
The image might be only partly printed when outputting a certain PS
data. Therefore, this was corrected.
