Content of changes
1 The operation panel may be locked and the network connection may fail, after setting the time-zone to the
Brazilian setting at the Command Center.
2 The digital “Digital Dot Coverage” label at the service status page has been changed to “Print Coverage”.
• The coverage is converted with the area image ratio based on the current dot number
data, and the accuracy of the reference value of the toner consumption is improved.
• The Digital Dot Coverage data is reset because the calculation method has been
changed after upgrading the rmware.
3 When printing 2 copies of the same le by using the “CCPY“ prescribe command, the machine may become
locked, while displaying “Processing“ at the operation panel.
4 Part of the print-out may be skipped or unnecessary characters may appear on the water mark part, when the
le is printed after printing other data.
5 Unnecessary thin lines may appear on the print-out, when printing the raster data contained in CAD les.
6 Latin 1 characters may be partly skipped when printing from host systems such as SAP or AS-400, after printing
windows print jobs.
7 The Big 5 font may not appear on the print-out.
8 The image may be partly skipped when printing PS data.
9 The data at the left edge may not appear or the character pitch may be broadened when printing PS data.
10 The print position may shift when printing.
11 The unnecessary horizontal line may appear around the logo when printing macro data.
12 The Helvetica bold font may appear abnormal when printing PS data.
13 The leading edge of the image may shift or the center of the image may not appear on the print-out, when
printing the back of les in duplex mode.
14 Print failure may occur when printing data containing Prescribe commands.
15 Umlaut characters may appear garbled on the print-out.
16 Parts of the image may not appear on the print-out, when printing PDF les.
17 When calling macro data, the machine or data stream may be locked while the machine displays “Processing“.
18 The print out may take a long time, when the data contains macro data.
19 Print failure may occur, when using the KPDL (Auto) driver.
20 Macro’s may be disabled when changing the emulation or resolution from the operation panel.
21 Tif images may appear twice the size when printing.
22 Unnecessary multiple lines may appear on the print-out, when continiously printing the same 2 les.
23 The PS error may occur and printing may be iterrupted when printing data from Unix.
24 Parts of the umlaut fonts may not appear, when printing PDF data with Adobe reader 9.2.0 in combination with
the PCL-XL driver (KX v5.0.1930).
25 Error code CF46F may occur when using the API.
26 The image may reverse in monochrome on the print-out.
27 The lines of text characters may be skipped when printing.
28 Error code F030 may occur when printing PDF in combination with the PKDL_mini driver.
29 Print commands may appear as characters on the print-out.
30 Print failure may occur when printing PCL data.

31 The print range adjustment may appear on some reports.

49 The E-mail sending time may appear incorrect when sending the E-mail from the machine by SMTP.
