7-YEAR WARRANTY
It’s a worry-free fleet
A company should have confidence in what it does and in the products it produces. Our confidence can be summed up in three words: Seven Years Warranty.
A unique 7-year manufacturer warranty comes standard with every Kia, fully transfer­able between owners and valid anywhere in Europe – even when travelling.
Imagine relying on a bumper-to-bumper* coverage for 7 years or 150,000 km. For each and every car of your fleet.
In the unlikely event of a warranty repair being required, we will cover all the repair costs – including labour and parts. And because it is transferable, the next owner can enjoy the remainder of the warranty, meaning that each vehicle retains a high resale value.
You see, we thought of everything, so that you won’t have to worry.
*7-year/150,000 km Kia warranty for all Kia models with initial registration after 01.01.2010; valid in all EU member states (incl. Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Gibraltar) subject to local terms and conditions. For vehicles used as a taxi the warranty coverage is limited to 150,000 km, regardless of the period of time in service.

It’s a low emission fleet
We do more than just meeting industry standards. Eco-friendliness for us is a long-term company strategy, a way of life, extending across all operations and through the full life-cycle of our products.
The result is a range of environmentally friendly cars, eco-friendly manufactured and equipped with innovative technologies like a Start/ Stop System (ISG) that reduces fuel consumption and emissions by up to 15%. Add to that low rolling resistance tires, optimum shift indicator and refined, ultra-reliable engines and it all sums up to efficient, greener driving. These elements work together to create what we call “EcoDynamics”.
Kia is, in average, overall one of the best in terms of CO The Kia Rio with its 85 g/km is one perfect example. That means, your fleet will be both friendly to the environment and your budget, because low fuel consumptions and emission rates will earn you high taxation benefits.

It’s a high value fleet
TCO – Total Cost of Ownership, that is the magic formula for every fleet customer. You will hardly find a fleet that performs better in this specific area. And if you are looking for value for your money, purchasing a Kia is the best choice you can make. Because we are able to provide you with significant more value than our competitors in terms of equipment and technology.
Low fuel consumption over the whole range is another cost saving factor. Next comes depreciation, ours is low due to low prices and a high residual value. And you get low taxation because of our low CO2 emis­sion figures.
That leaves us with the cost for insurance, service, maintenance and repair: How about service intervals of up to 2 years/30,000 km? You find this already implemented in the Kia Rio1 and the Kia Sportage1, with more models to follow shortly. And it goes with saying that you can insure every Kia model at a competitive price.
Reduction of cost of ownership by constant product improvement
AuDaCon, one of the leading automotive data providers, testifies that Kia was able to reduce cost of owner­ship (COO) by more than 10% with Sportage model change. Calculations and observations focussed on service and maintenance repairs. Especially the model change from Kia Sportage old generation (JE) to new generation (SL) discloses a significant service cost reduction. To sight cost reduction in more detail, AuDaCon took a closer look at the 2.0 CRDi AWD of each generation. The analysis took 90,000 km and 48 month as a basis in the German market. The result of varying operating cost is by all means representative. Thus the required number of services was cut in half from six to three, resulting in a reduction of labour time of 6.7h. Moreover costs for spare parts and fluids were cut by 32.8%. Overall a total cost reduction of 42.3% was accomplished.
This sample shows how it is possible to further reduce operating costs through exact examination. These facts will put Kia cars into a new perspective, generating a total new market acceptance.
