INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

REAR STABILIZER BAR

PLEASE READ THISINSTRUCTION SHEET COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING YOUR INSTALLATION

TORQUETABLE

BOLT SIZE: 3/8” = 20-30 ft. lbs. – 7/16”=35-45ft. lbs. – ½” = 50-70 ft. lbs. –9/16” = 70-90 ft. lbs.

NOTE: THIS SWAY BAR IS DESIGNEDTOREPLACE THE FACTORY INSTALLEDREAR SWAY BAR USINGTHEFACTORY MOUN-

ING HARWARE.

1. Locate andrear factory installed anti sway bar. Do not discard the factory end links, D-bushing U-plates and the mounting bolts as they will needed to install the new rear sway bar. SEE PHOTO ONE ( 1 ).

2. Install the D-shaped poly bushings on the new sway bar in as the same location as the factory sway bar.

3. Position the rear sway bar onto the rear mounting brackets and install the U-plates on the D-bushings using the factory bolts that were removed in step one ( 1 ). SEE PHOTO ( 2 & 3 ). Leave loose at this time.

4. Raise the sway bar arms to the factory end links and install with the factory mounting bolts. SEE PHOTO ( 2 ).

5. Align the sway bar to be centered and properly fastened to the end links. Torque all mounting hardware to the factory specifications.

6. After one week of driving recheck your installation. Recheck on a monthly regular basis thereafter.
