down draft table. This portable down draft table has been carefully tested and inspected before shipment and if properly used and maintained, will provide you with years of
reliable service. To ensure optimum performance and trouble-free operation, and to get the
most from your investment, please take the time to read this manual before assembling, installing and operating the unit.
The manual’s purpose is to familiarize you with the safe operation, basic function, and features
of this portable down draft table as well as the set-up, maintenance and identification of its
parts and components. This manual is not intended as a substitute for formal woodworking
instruction, nor to offer the user instruction in the craft of woodworking. If you are not sure about
the safety of performing a certain operation or procedure, do not proceed until you can
confirm, from knowledgeable and qualified sources, that it is safe to do so.

production, and each machine is thoroughly inspected upon completion of assembly. Because of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, General® International agrees to repair or replace, within a period of
24 months from date of purchase, any genuine part or parts which, upon examination, prove to be defective in
workmanship or material. In order to obtain this warranty, all defective parts must be returned freight pre-paid to
General® International Mfg. Co., Ltd. Repairs attempted without our written authorization will void this warranty.

Rules for Safe Operation
To help ensure safe operation, please take a moment to learn the machine’s applications and limitations, as well as potential hazards. General® International disclaims any real or implied warranty and
holds itself harmless for any injury that may result from improper use of its equipment.
1. Do not operate machinery when tired, distracted or
under the effects of drugs, alcohol or any medica
tion that impairs reflexes or alertness.
2. Do not operate this unit until a hose is correctly ins talled onto the dust inlet.
3. The working area should be well lit, clean and free of
debris.
4. Keep children and visitors at a safe distance; do not
permit them to operate the unit.
5. Childproof and tamper proof your shop and all
machinery with locks, master electrical switches and
switch keys, to prevent unauthorized or unsupervised
use.
6. Stay Alert! Give our work your undivided attention.
Even a momentary distraction can lead to serious
injury.
7. Fine particulate saw dust is a carcinogen that can be
hazardous to health. Work in a well ventilated area
and wear eye, ear and respiratory protection devices.
8. Do not wear loose clothing, gloves, bracelets, nec laces, or ornaments while operating machinery.
9. Do not vacuum or use this Portable Down Draft table
near flammable or combustible liquids, gases, gaso line or other fuels, lighter fluid, cleaners, oil or
solvent - based paints, natural gas, hydrogen, explo sive dust, grain dust, magnesium dust, or gun powder.
11. Do not handle the electric plug of the dust collector,
which is connected to the table, with wet hands.
12. Do not vacuum anything that is burning, smoking or
smoldering, such as cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.
13. To avoid potential health hazards from vapors or
dusts, do not vacuum toxic material.
14. Do not use this unit outdoors or on or near wet surfaces.
15. Replace any broken or worn out parts immediately in
order to avoid further damage to your equipment.

16. All objects must be cleared away from surface before
starting work operations.
17. Do not put any foreign objects into the ventilation inlet
or outlet openings.
18. Install the portable down draft table table on a solid
and stable surface.
19. Never stand on machinery. Serious injury could result
if the unit is tipped over.
20. The use of parts and accessories NOT recommende by
General International may result in equipment mal
function or risk injury.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 1
Take the base, , and foot pad, , nut 1/4”, , out of the box.
Place the nut 1/4”,
pad, , on the bottom of the base, .
Secondly, place the dust port, , on the rear of the base, , and
tight with Phillips head screws 3/16” x 3/8”, .
, on the foot pad, , first, then tight the foot
STEP 2
Tight the left cover board, , right cover board, , and the rear
cover board,
1/4” x 3/8”, .
DO NOT OPERATE THIS UNIT UNTIL THE HOSE OR PIPE
IS INSTALLED ONTO THE DUST PORT.
, on the three side of the base with lock knob
STEP 3
Tight the handle, , on the both side of the base with Phillips Head
screw 1/4” x1/2”, . Measure and place the stopper bolts, , and
stopper nuts, , on the collecting board, . All the assembly steps
are completed.
