1. Read and understand these operating instructions before using tool.
2. Only well-instructed adults should use tool. Never allow children to use tool.
3. Do not touch hot tool nozzle. Severe burns will occur.
4. Do not touch melted glue. Severe burns will occur.
5. Do not operate tool
• where highly flammable liquids or gases are present
• if tool is exposed to rain or in damp or wet areas
• if tool is damaged
6. Do not glue overhead. Hot, melted glue may drop on you.
7. Wear safety glasses or goggles when operating tool.
8. Stay alert. Use common sense while operating tool.
9. Unplug tool when not in use.
10. Keep finger off of trigger until ready to glue.
11. Use wire stand when setting hot tool down. Do not lay hot tool on its side.
12. Do not apply petroleum based wood stains to glue joints. The bonding power of glue
can break down.
13. Do not glue items that will be exposed to temperatures over 140° F.
14. Do not alter tool in any way. Only use accessories designed for this tool.
15. Maintain tool with care.
• Keep tool clean.
• Keep handles dry, clean, and free of oil and grease.
• Inspect power cord often. If damaged, have repaired by factory service center.
• Never carry tool by power cord.
• Never yank power cord to unplug tool.
• Keep power cord away from heat, oil, and sharp edges.
• Never oil or grease any part of tool.

Product Overview
The HandyMaster Hot Melt Glue Gun is a multi-purpose tool. This tool is designed for home
and workshop. It performs basic fastening jobs from creating crafts and decorations to
repairing shoes and furniture. The model 33014 glue gun uses mini-sized glue sticks. The
model 33015 glue gun uses standard sized glue sticks.
Operating Tool

WARNING
Do not touch melted glue or hot tool nozzle. Temperature of nozzle
reaches 380°F (193°C). Severe burns will occur.
1. Attach wire stand to tool. Snap open ends of stand into holes near nose of tool. Use
stand when setting hot tool down. This allows good ventilation for the tool. Do not lay
hot tool on its side.
2. Plug power cord into a standard outlet. Use extension cord if needed.
3. Insert glue stick into rear opening of tool.
4. Let tool heat for three to five minutes before using.
5. Squeeze trigger to apply glue.

6. Unplug tool when finished or if not planning to use tool within two hours.
7. Do not remove glue stick from tool. This may damage tool. Melted glue inside tool will
