CARA TTERISTICHE GENERALI
Descrizione quadro
Il quadro elettrico ZL21 è adatto a
comandare motoriduttori della serie
UNIPARK.
Alimentato a 230V con potenza max. fino
a 200W, frequenza 50÷60Hz.
Progettato e costruito interamente dalla
CAME S.p.A., risponde alle vigenti
norme UNI 8612. Garantito 12 mesi
salvo manomissioni. Scatola in ABS con
grado di protezione IP54, studiata per
semplificare al massimo l’operazione di
installazione e collegamento elettrico,
composta di due elementi ad incastro
con fissaggio a vite, dotata di prese per
il riciclo d’aria e predisposizione per
applicazione blocco porta (BLOK).
Il circuito va alimentato sui morsetti L1L2 e protetto in ingresso con fusibile da
1A, mentre i dispositivi di comando a
bassa tensione sono protetti con fusibile
da 1A.
La potenza complessiva degli accessori
(24V) non deve superare i 40W.
Logica di comando, sicurezza e
accessori collegabili
L’apparecchiatura è dotata di:
- Finecorsa di apertura e chiusura
elettrico, ottenuto con sistema
amperometrico;
- Possibilità di comandare fino a 4 motori
(l’installazione di più motori si ottiene
inserendo le schede
LM21 sugli appositi
connettori della scheda base, ed effettuando i collegamenti
come da schema elettrico);
- Possibilità di alimentazione tramite batterie, inserendo la scheda LBT
sull’apposito connettore e
collegandola alla batteria
rispettando la polarità.

Inoltre, il quadro comando è predisposto
per l’inserimento del ricevitore radio:
- Ricevitore monocanale ad innesto per
il comando radio dei motori M1;
- Ricevitore bicanale ad innesto per il
comando radio dei motori M1 - M2.
Regolazioni
- Sensibilità amperometrica.
Attenzione! Prima di intervenire al-
l’interno dell’apparecchiatura, togliere la
tensione di linea.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Description of control panel
The ZL21 electric panel is designed for
controlling the UNIPARK series.
230V power supply with up to 200W
power and 50-60 Hz frequency.
Wholly designed and built by CAME
S.p.A., it meets UNI 8612 regulations in
force, at an IP54 level of protection.
Guaranteed for 12 months, unless tampered with. The ABS housing is specially
designed to simplify both installation and
connection. The housing is made up of
two interlocking elements which are held
together by screws; it is equipped with
intakes for air circulation, and preset for
the application of the door lock
(BLOK).
The circuit requires 230V (a.c.) at terminal blocks L1- L2 and the inlet is protected with one 1A fuse, whilst the low
voltage command devices are protected
by a 1A fuse.
The accessories’ total wattage (24V)
must not exceed 40W.
The unit is equipped with the following
features:
- Amperometric - type electronic limit
switch on opened and closed positions.
- Control of up to 4 motors (additional
motors are handled by installing LM21
boards into the slots on the mother board
and connecting each motor according to
the indications on the schematic
diagram);
- Can be powered by battery, this feature
is available by istalling board LBT into its
special connector and connecting the
battery (while respecting the polarity).
The control panel is already prepared for
the insertion of:
- Single-channel receiver for control of
motor M1;
- Two-channel receiver for control of
motors M1 - M2.

The unit is fitted with electronic
amperometric limit switches for opening
or closing.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES GÉNÉRALES
Description armoire de commande
L’armoire électrique ZL21 sert à
commander automation de la série
UNIPARK.
Alimentée à 230V avec une puissance
jusqu’à 200W, fréquence 50÷60Hz.
Conçu et construit entièrement par
CAME S.p.A., il est conforme aux
normes NFP 25-362 en vigueur, avec
degré de protection IP54. Boîte en ABS
étudiée pour simplifier au maximum
l’operation d’installation et de
branchement électrique. Elle est dotée
de prises pour la circulation de l’air et
elle est prévue pour l’application d’un
dispositif de blocage de la porte (BLOK).
Le circuit doit être alimenté avec une
tension de 230V (c.a.) aux bornes L1L2 et doit être protégé à l’entrée par une
fusible de 1A, tandis que les dispositifs
de commande à basse tension sont
protégés par un fusible de 1A.
La puissance totale des accessoires
(24V) ne doit pas dépasser 40W.
- Possibilité d’alimentation par batteries,
en introduisant la carte
LBT sur le
connecteur prévu à cet effet; et en la
branchant à la batterie en respectant les
polarités).
De plus, l’armoire de commande est
prévue pour l’introduction du récepteur
radio :
Récepteur monocanal à insertion pour
la commande radio du moteur M1.
Récepteur bicanal à insertion pour la
commande radio des moteurs M1-M2.
Réglages
- Sensibilité ampèrométrique.
Logique de commande, securitè et
accessories pouvant être branchés
L’appareillage est équipé de:
- Fin de course d’ouverture et fermeture
électronique fonctionnant avec système
ampèremétrique.
- Possibilité de commander jusqu’à 4
moteurs (l’introduction des cartes
LM21
sur les connecteurs prévus à cet effet
sur la carte base permet l’installation de
plusieurs moteurs; il faut ensuite
effectuer les branchements selon le
schéma électrique).
Attention! Avant d’intervenir à
l’intérieur de l’appareillage, couper la
tension de ligne.

ALLGEMEINE MERKMALE
Beschreibung des Steuergeräts
Die Steuergeräts ZL21 ist für die Steuerung von Getriebemotoren Baureihe
UNIPARK.
Die Versorgung von 230V, Leistung bis
200W und Frequenz 50÷60, geeignet.
Gänzlich von CAME geplant und hergestellt, entspricht das Gerät den gültigen
Sicherheiitsbestimmungen mit Schutzgrad IP54. 12Monate Garantie, wenn
keine technischen Veränderungen vorgenommen werden.
Wasserdichtes Gehäuse aus ABS,
ausgearbeitet zur höchstmöglichen
Vereinfachung der Installations uns
elektrischen Verbindungsarbeiten,
bestehend auszwei ineinander zu
schiebenden Teilen mit
Schraubenbefestigung, ausgestattet mit
Anschlüssen zur Luftrückströmung und
zur Anbringung einer Türblockierung
vorgesehen (BLOK).
Die Versorgung des Stromkreises erfolgt
mit 230V (a.c.) über die Klemmen L1-L2
und ist am Eintritt durch 1 Sicherung von
1A geschützt. Die Steuervorrichtungen
mit Unterspannung sind mit einer 1A-Sicherung ausgestattet.
Die Gesamtleistung des Zubehörs (24V)
darf 40W nicht überschreiten.
- Möglichkeit zur Steuerung von bis zu 4
Motoren (die Installation von mehreren
Motoren erfolgt durch Aufstecken der
Erweiterungsplatinen LM21 auf die
entsprechenden Steckverbinder der
Basisplatine und durch Ausführen der im
Schaltplan angegebenen Anschlüsse).
- Möglichkeit zur Batterie-Speisung
durch Aufstecken der Platine LBT auf
den entsprechenden Steckverbinder und
Ausführen des Batterie-Anschlusses
(Polarität beachten!).
Außerdem ist das Steuergerät für das
Zuschalten eines Funkempfängers
vorbereitet:
- 1-Kanal-Empfänger in
Steckmodulausführung für die
Funkfernsteuerung des Motors M1.
- 2-Kanal-Empfänger in
Steckmodulausführung für die
Funkfernsteuerung der Motoren M1 M2.
Einstellungen
- Amperemetrischen Empfindlichk.
Betriebs-und, Sicherheitslogik,
Anschließbares Zubehör
Das Gerät ist ausgestattet mit:
- elektronischem Öffnungs- und
Schließungsendanschlag über
amperemetrisches System.

Achtung! Das Gerät vor Eingriffen
im inneren spannungsfrei schalten.

Descripción cuadro de mando
El cuadro de mando ZL21 es idóneo
para el control de automatizacion de la
serie UNIPARK.
Alimentado a 230V, con potencia de
hasta 200W, frecuencia 50÷60Hz.
Diseñado y fabricado completamente
por CAME S.p.A., responde a las
normas UNI 8612 vigentes, con grado
de protección IP54.
Garantizado 12 meses salvo
manipulaciones.
Caja de ABS concebida para facilitar
máximamente la instalación y conexión
eléctrica, formada por dos elementos a
ensamblar mediante tornillos, dotada de
tomas para la recirculación de aire y la
predisposición para la aplicación del
bloqueo puerta (BLOK).
El circuito se alimenta con tensión de
230V (c.a.) en los bornes L1- L2 y está
protegido en entrada con fusible de 1A,
mientras que los dispositivos de baja
tensión están protegidos con fusible de
1A.
La potencia total de los accesorios (24V)
no debe superar los 40W.
en los conectores específicos de la
tarjeta bàsica, y realizado las
conexiónes según el esquema eléctrico);
- Posibilidad de alimentación mediante
baterías, introduciendo la tarjeta
LBT en
el conector específico y conectándola a
la batería respetando las polaridades;
Además, el cuadro de mandos está
predispuesto para la conexión del
radioreceptor:
Receptor de un solo canal por
insercion directa, para el mando a
distancia del motor M1;
Receptor de dos canales por insercion
directa, para el mando a distancia de los
motores M1 - M2.

y cierre obtenido mediante el sistema

del aparato, quitar la tensión de línea.
