The GT-6 Guitar Effects Processor is the culmination of over 25 years of BOSS effects know-how. This floor-based multi-effects processor starts with 30 incredible-sounding COSM amp models — from vintage classics to modern screamers — then adds new COSM Distortion/Overdrive Pedal Modeling and COSM Wah Modeling for those classic and modern pedal sounds.
With 340 programs, the GT-6 delivers more of the effects guitarists are looking for — like chorus, delay, reverb, phasing, flanging, tremolo, pitch shifting, Slicer, Acoustic Simulator, and more — plus new “Uni-V” and “De-Fretter” effects for phase shifting vibrato effects and fretless sounds. The ME-50 Guitar Multiple Effects gives guitarists easy access to killer BOSS multi-effects like delay, modulation and reverb — plus incredible-sounding COSM®overdrive and distortion — without all the menu-surfing. Each effect section is clearly laid out with three footswitches and knobs for intuitive editing. Other effects include essentials like analog delay, flanger, phaser, tremolo, Harmonist, Uni-V, and Rotary.
The rugged ME-50 offers easy tonal shaping via its Tone Modify function; select from Preset EQ settings like “Fat,” “Presence,” and “Acoustic” to change your overall tone. And with dedicated compressor and noise suppressor algorithms, you always have access to these essential effects. Other conveniences include a chromatic tuner with mute function, 30 User memory locations for storing your settings and the ability to use battery or AC power. No other multi-effect processor can match the ME-50’s quality and ease of use.
