Define extraction request
1. Define Matrix, Protocol, input
Volume (mL), Eluate volume (µL),
type of sample (lysed or nonlysed=Primary)
2. Then enter Sample ID (manually
or using barcode)
3. Enter lysis buffer lot number
(Optional) in case of lysed sample
4. Select:
