Net 15 days subject to credit approval.

All past due accounts are subject to 2% per month service charge as per credit application.

Bakemax® is not responsible for printing errors, specifications errors, or printing errors.

SHIPMENT

Free shipping to Canada and the U.S. Minimum order $2500.00 CAD or US funds.

Drop shipment surcharge of $75 minimum. Tailgate delivery $75.00 minimum.

Bakemax® is not responsible for goods while shipping

Bakemax® is not responsible for any delays in delivery once product has left our Warehouse and is in the carrier’s possession.

Products shipped are to be inspected at time of delivery. The receiver is responsible for inspection. Damaged freight claims are to be claimed with the carrier. Bakemax® assumes no responsibility for damaged freight.

RETURN POLICY

Returned items must have an authorization number before returning.

Non defective parts goods must be returned prepaid and are subject to a 20 % restocking fee.

The cost of any repairs or recreating required will be charged back to the dealer.

If there is a manufacturer’s defect Bakemax® will pay standard freight returned and prepaid shipping back to the customer.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE

One year parts and labor limited warranty.

Extended warranty is available on some products. Call for details.

• Warranty begins at the date of installation; delays in installation which would extend the warranty must be approved.

All equipment must be installed and connected by qualified professionals in accordance with the manual specification.

Any abuse of equipment or improper use of machinery will avoid the warranty.

Accessories, attachments, or electrical components such as fuses, bulbs, elements and switches are covered under a 90 day warranty.

Repairs include Parts and Labor only, excluded is the following;

1)Overtime Labor Rates

2)Expedited freight for parts,

3) Bakemax® assumed no responsibility for down time or loss of product

All defective parts must be returned to Bakemax® for credit

Repairs must be pre-authorized by Bakemax® prior to work commencing
