Quick Reference Guide for Voice Mail

Recording Your Voicemail Greeting

To Record your Greeting:

1. Press the Soft Key for Voice

2. Press the Side Soft Key for Greeting

3. Press the Side Soft Key for Record

4. Record your greeting and then press the Side Soft Key for Stop

5. Press the Side Soft Key for Listen to hear the message

6. Press the Side Soft Key for Submit to save the new greeting

7. Press EXIT to return to the main display

To Listen to your Greeting:

1. Press the Soft Key for Voice

2. Press the Side Soft Key for Greeting

3. Press the Soft Key for Listen

To Delete your Greeting:

1. Press the Soft Key for Voice

2. Press the Side Soft Key for Greeting

3. Press the Side Soft Key for Delete which will delete your current message

Accessing your Voice Mail

To listen to your messages:

1. Press the Soft Key for Voice

2. Press the Side Soft Key for Listen to hear your messages

3. If applicable, when prompted key in your password

4. Press the Side Soft Key for either:

- New Messages (and will show total number of messages beside it in
brackets)

- Old Messages OR

- Saved Messages

5. After playing the first message you will have displayed the following options:

- Next to play the next message

- << to rewind 5 sec

- >> to fast forward 5 sec

- Pause to pause the current message

- Delete to delete the current message

- Save to change the message’s category to Saved

- Previous to play previous message

- Copy to copy the message to another mailbox
(to add a covering message to the copied voicemail, Press Copy,
then Press Pre-Rec, record your message, Press Stop, Press
Listen to hear your message, Press Send.
