Power On Sequence(BD2610GW)

Trouble Shooting – No Boot
• check if side key is plug as well
• Check if battery voltage (BAT) is higher than 3.4V
• Check if VSYS has voltage output
• Check if each power domain of PMIC output normally
• check if side key is plug as well

• Check if VSYS has voltage output
• Check if each power domain of PMIC output normally
• Mechanically turn off the device and check if any
power domain of PMIC is short to GND
• Reheat or replace PMIC
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – eMMC Fail
• Check if +VCORE_EMMC is 3.3V
• Check +VDDIO_EMMC is 1.8V
• Check if eMMC interface works normally
• Reheat or replace eMMC (U2301)
• Check if +VCORE_EMMC is 3.3V
• Check +VDDIO_EMMC is 1.8V
• Check if eMMC interface works normally
• Reheat or replace eMMC (U2301)
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – USB Fail
• Check if CON3101 is welding normal
• Check if USBCON_PP and USBCON_PN short circuit
• Check if when plug in USB device the VSYS_5V_HD0
have 5V
• Check if CON3101 is welding normal
• Check if USBCON_PP and USBCON_PN short circuit
• Check if when plug in USB device the VSYS_5V_HD0
have 5V
• Check if when plug in USB device the USB1_ID have
0V and plug out USB device the USB1_ID have 3.3V
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – Rear CAM Fail
• Check if Rear Camera Module is properly assembled
• Replace Rear Camera Module and check if it work
normally
• Check if +CAM_5M_VDDIO_1V8 has 1.8V supply
• Check if Rear Camera Module is properly assembled
• Replace Rear Camera Module and check if it work
normally
• Check if +CAM_5M_VDDIO_1V8 has 1.8V supply
• Check if +CAM_5M_AVDD_2V8 has 2.8V supply
• Check if 5M_CAM_PD#_R is driven to 1.8V
• Check if I2C3_SDA/SCL works normally
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – Front CAM Fail
• Check if Front Camera Module is properly assembled
• Replace Front Camera Module and check if it work
normally
• Check if +CAM_2M_VDDIO_1V8 has 1.8V supply
• Check if Front Camera Module is properly assembled
• Replace Front Camera Module and check if it work
normally
• Check if +CAM_2M_VDDIO_1V8 has 1.8V supply
• Check if +CAM_2M_AVDD_2V8 has 2.8V supply
• Check if CAM_2M_RESET_N is driven to 1.8V
• Check if I2C2_SDA/SCL works normally
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – LCM No Display
• Check if LCM FPC is properly assembled
• Replace LCM FPC and check if it work normally
• Replace LCM and check if work normally
• Check if P_MIPI_DATA0~DATA3 and P_MIPI_CLK is
• Check if LCM FPC is properly assembled
• Replace LCM FPC and check if it work normally
• Replace LCM and check if work normally
• Check if P_MIPI_DATA0~DATA3 and P_MIPI_CLK is
work normally
• Check if V_LED is 8~9V
• Check if PANEL_3V3_EN and PMIC_BK_EN is high
• Check LCM_BL_PWM pulse signal output
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – SD Card Fail
• Check if SD Card Socket (CON2401) works properly
• Insert SD card, check if SDIO_0_CD# is pulled low
• Check if SDIO_PWR_EN_N is driven to high
• Check if when plug in SD the SDMMC3_CD_N_R is pulled
• Check if SD Card Socket (CON2401) works properly
• Insert SD card, check if SDIO_0_CD# is pulled low
• Check if SDIO_PWR_EN_N is driven to high
• Check if when plug in SD the SDMMC3_CD_N_R is pulled
low ,and plug out SD the SDMMC3_CD_N_R is pulled high
• Check +VDD_SDIO has 3.3V supply
• Check if SDMMC3 interface works normally
• replace CON2401
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – Headphone Fail
• Check if headphone jack (CON2603) works properly
• Insert headphone, check if HP_DET# is pulled low
• Check if codec has DBVDD_1V8 ,AVDD_1V8 ,
DACREF_1V8, CPVDD_1V8 power
• Check if headphone jack (CON2603) works properly
• Insert headphone, check if HP_DET# is pulled low
• Check if codec has DBVDD_1V8 ,AVDD_1V8 ,
DACREF_1V8, CPVDD_1V8 power
• Check if HP_OUT_L/R has output (Codec: U2501)
• Check if I2C2_SCL/SDA and I2C0_SCL/SDA works
normally
• Reheat or replace Codec
• Reheat or replace SOC

Trouble Shooting – AMIC Fail
• Check if headphone and speaker works properly
• Check if U2602, L2610and L2611 is OK
• Check if MICBIAS has 2.7V supply (Codec)
• Check if AMIC_P has signal input
• Check if headphone and speaker works properly
• Check if U2602, L2610and L2611 is OK
• Check if MICBIAS has 2.7V supply (Codec)
• Check if AMIC_P has signal input
• Check if codec has DBVDD_1V8 ,AVDD_1V8 ,

• Check if upper speaker is properly assembled
• Replace speaker and check if the failure is fixed
• Check if SPO_LP/N, SPO_RP/N has signal output
• Check if SPKVDD is 3.4V~4.35V (VBATA)
• Check if upper speaker is properly assembled
• Replace speaker and check if the failure is fixed
• Check if SPO_LP/N, SPO_RP/N has signal output
• Check if SPKVDD is 3.4V~4.35V (VBATA)
• Check if codec has DBVDD_1V8 ,AVDD_1V8 ,

Trouble Shooting – Hall Sensor Fail
• Check if HALL_PWR have 3.3V
• Use the magnet to Trigger hall sensor, check if
O_LID#_EC is pulled low
• Reheat or replace Hall sensor
• Check if HALL_PWR have 3.3V
• Use the magnet to Trigger hall sensor, check if
O_LID#_EC is pulled low
• Reheat or replace Hall sensor
• Reheat or replace EC (U3301)

Trouble Shooting – Charging Fail
• Plug adapter in and check if CHG_USBIN_S has 5V
supply
• Check if USB1_ID is pulled high
• Check if AC_IN# is pulled low
• Plug adapter in and check if CHG_USBIN_S has 5V
supply
• Check if USB1_ID is pulled high
• Check if AC_IN# is pulled low
• Check if VSYS has voltage output
• Check if VBATT_CONN voltage gradually increases
