5. Operation

Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.

• When the current limiter indicator [11] lights up, the load is drawing too much current. Reduce the

load.

• The values given by the current and voltage displays [3 & 4] are indicative. For accurate readout

pl ease use a calibr a ted exter nal meter.

0 – 30 V output

1. Set the v ol tage kn ob [9] to the required voltage and the current knob [10] fully counterclockwise.

2. Switch the power supply on by means of the power button [7] and connect the load.

3. Turn the current knob [10] clockwise to the required current.
12 V/1 A and 5 V/1 A outputs

These outputs have a fixed voltage and maximum current output; no further adjustment is necessary.

6. Fuse

• Replace a defective fuse onl y wi th a fuse of the sa me type and rating (see Techn ical Specifications).

• In case of a blown fuse: the fuse holder is located at the back of the device. Open it with a

screwdr iver, replace the fu se and scre w the f use h older ba ck into place.

2. Veiligheidsinstructies

• Laat geen voedingen en belastingen aanliggen terwijl er nieman d in de b uurt is.

• Zorg dat de uitgangen, contactpunten en kabels van de voeding niet beschadigd en voldoende

geïso leerd z ijn.

• Gebruik het toestel niet en laat het nakijken als het er b esch a d igd uitziet of niet normaal werkt.

4. Omschrijving

5. Gebruik

• Als de indicato r van de stroombegrenzer [11] oplicht, vr aagt de belasting te veel stro o m. Ver minder

de belasting.

• De waarden die w orden aangegeven op de span ning- en stroomuitlezing [3 & 4] zijn indicatief. Voor

nauwk eurige ui tlezingen gebruikt u b est een gekalibreerd e externe meter.

0 - 30 V uitgang

1. Zet de spanningsregeling [9] op de gewenste spanning en draai de stroomregeling [10] v oll edig in

tegenwijzerzin.

2. Zet de voeding aan door middel van de aan/uit-schakel aar [7] en sl uit de belastin g aan.

3. Draai de stroomregeling [10] in wijzerzin tot op de gewenste stroom.
12 V/1 A en 5 V/ 1 A uitgangen

Deze uitgangen hebben een vaste spanning en maximum str oomuitgang; ze hoeven niet te worden
bijgeregeld.

6. Zekering

• Vervang een gesprong en ze kering door een zeker ing van hetzelfde type en met dezelfde specificaties

(zie "Techn ische specificaties”).

• Bi j een gesprongen zeker ing: de zekeringhouder b evindt zich achteraan het toestel. Open deze met

een schroevendraaier, vervang de zekering en schroef de zekeri nghouder terug op zij n plaats.

7. Technische specificaties

Gebruik dit toestel enkel met or iginele accessoires. Velleman n v is niet aansprakelijk voor
