The DRS220 Digital Refrigerant Scale is warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If within the warranty period

your instrument should become inoperative from such defects, the unit will be repaired or

replaced at UEi’s option. This warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage which

occurs in shipment or failure which results from alteration, tampering, accident, misuse, abuse,

rendered. Instruments out of warranty will be repaired (when repairable) for a service charge.

DRS220 User’s Guide

Introduction

Thank you for your purchase of the UEI DRS220 Digital Charging Scale. The
DRS220 is the most accurate and precise refrigerant meter available today with
features that cannot be found anywhere else. It is ideal for HVAC and Refrigeration
service, including Critical Charging of small refrigeration systems.

With the DRS220, you can measure weight in both metric and english units. The
DRS220 is programmable, and has a built in alarm to indicate a programmed
threshold has been exceeded. Attaching the DRS220 to the DRSCM (optional,
extra) allows automatic refrigerant charging for A/C systems.
