The DL39 makes testing and troubleshooting quick
and easy with this uncomplicated test tool. Rugged
construction, easy operation, ergonomic design and
economy are combined in the DL39 to give you solid
value. Measure AC amps using the clamp or check
voltage and continuity using the test leads. Its
compact size and convenient carrying holster make it
easy to carry to the job.
