2094 Mounting Brackets
(Catalog Number 2094-XNBRKT-1)
This publication provides installation instructions for the Allen-Bradley®
Bulletin 2094 mounting brackets. The mounting brackets are designed
to save panel space by letting you mount the 2094 Power Rail or Line
Interface Module (LIM) over the AC line filter. Each bracket provides
threaded holes for mounting the 2094 Power Rail or Line Interface
Module (2094-AL75S and -XL75S-Cx). For further Kinetix
installation information refer to the Kinetix 6000 Multi-Axis Servo Drive
Installation Manual (publication 2094-IN001x-EN-P).

The number of brackets required for use with the power rail and LIM
are shown in the table below.

Note: The 2094-BL75S, -AL09, and -BL02 LIM models are not compatible with the 2094 mounting brackets.
IMPORTANT
When 2094 mounting brackets are used to mount the
power rail, the braided ground strap must be
removed from the power rail and attached to a
mounting bracket ground stud.

To improve the bond between the brackets and
subpanel, construct your subpanel out of zinc plated
(paint-free) steel. For more information on bonding,
panel layout, and mounting of your Kinetix 6000 drive
system, refer to the Kinetix 6000 Multi-Axis Servo Drive
