VOOR HET GEBRUIK
Lees voor het gebruik eerst deze gebruiksaanwijzing en bewaar deze om later nog eens te kunnen
raadplegen. Gebruik een Ceramic Straightener WS niet in de badkamer en in de buurt van een met water
gevulde wastafel. Probeer een apparaat dat toch in het water gevallen is nooit vast te pakken maar trek
eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact. Hanteer de Ceramic Straightener WS alleen met droge handen.
Ceramic Straightener WS met keramische verwarmingsplaten. De styler kan het haar ontkrullen maar men
kan ook steil haar wat extra zwier geven door lokken en slagen te creëren. De Ceramic Straightener WS is
voorzien van een extra lang draaibaar snoer.
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Wanneer het apparaat nu met de aan/uit-schakelaar wordt ingeschakeld
zal het indicatielampje aan de bovenzijde van het apparaat gaan branden. Na circa 2 minuten is het
apparaat opgewarmd en gereed voor gebruik.
De Ceramic Straightener WS mag alleen gebruikt worden op droog haar. Pak een haarlok van ongeveer
5 cm breed en kam deze glad. Leg de haarlok tussen de hete platen en klem tang stevig vast op het haar.
Werk vanaf de haarwortels naar de haarpunten toe voor het beste resultaat. Houd de tang gedurende
enkele seconden op z’n plaats, afhankelijk van uw haartype. Haal de haarlok uit de tang door de tang
losjes vast te houden en het haar voorzichtig uit de platen te schuiven.
Let op:
- U mag het apparaat niet gebruiken als het nat is.
- Gebruik het apparaat niet te dicht in de buurt van water.
ONDERHOUD EN SCHOONMAAK
1. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat enkele minuten afkoelen.
2. Bevochtig een zachte doek met een sterk verdunde oplossing van een milde zeep in warm water.
3. Veeg met de vochtige doek het apparaat en de platen schoon.
4. Veeg het apparaat droog met een schone, droge doek en berg het apparaat op in de originele
verpakking als u het apparaat niet gebruikt.
5. Voorkom beschadiging en voortijdige slijtage van het snoer door dit nooit strak om het apparaat
heen te wikkelen. Wikkel het snoer altijd losjes op.
PRINCESS-TIPS
1. Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als u het apparaat niet gebruikt en voordat u het apparaat
schoonmaakt. Laat de Princess Ceramic Straightener WS nooit onbeheerd achter.
2. Wanneer het snoer beschadigd is, gebruik dan het apparaat niet meer, maar stuur het op naar onze
servicedienst voor reparatie.
3. Wikkel het elektriciteitssnoer niet om het apparaat.
4. Gebruik de Princess Ceramic Straightener WS alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

BEFORE USING
Read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for later reference. Never use the Princess
Ceramic Straightener WS in the bathroom or near a full washbasin. Never try to pick up equipment that
has fallen into water, but pull the plug out of the socket first. Use the Ceramic Straightener
WS with dry hands only.
Ceramic Straightener WS with ceramic plates. The styler can be used to remove curls from
hair and is also great for giving straight hair added bounce by creating locks and waves.
The Ceramic Straightener WS also features an extra-long rotatable cord.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Put the plug in the wall socket. When the appliance is turned on with the on/off switch, the
indicator light on the top will illuminate. The appliance is then ready for use in about 2
minutes.

The Ceramic Straightener WS is only suitable for use when the hair is dry. Take a section of hair of
approximately 5m width and smooth it out with a comb. Place the hair between the hot plates and close
the tong firmly around the hair. For best results, work from the roots to the tips of the hair. Hold the tong
in position for a few seconds, depending on your hair type. Take the hair out of the tong by loosening the
tong and moving the hair carefully away from the plates.
Note:
- Do not use the appliance when wet.
- Never use the appliance near water.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Remove the plug from the socket and allow the styler to cool for a few minutes.
2. Moisten a soft cloth with a dilute solution of mild detergent in warm water.
3. Use a damp cloth to wipe the appliance and the plates clean.
4. Wipe the appliance dry with a clean dry cloth and store in the original packaging when not in use.
5. Avoid damage and unnecessary wear to the cord by never wrapping it around the appliance.
Always wrap up the cord loosely.
PRINCESS TIPS
1. Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning. Never leave the Princess
Ceramic Straightener WS unattended.
2. If the cord is damaged, do not use the appliance, but send it to our service department for repair.
3. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
4. This Princess Ceramic Straightener WS is only suitable for household use.
U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE-neutral
BROWN-LIVE
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour
markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L
or coloured red.
NEITHER CORE should be connected to the earth terminal of a three pin plug marked with the letter E
or or coloured green and yellow.
With this appliance, if a 13 amp plug is used a 13 amp fuse should be fitted. If any other type of plug is
used a 15 amp fuse must be fitted either in the plug or at the distribution board.

AVANT L'EMPLOI
Lisez attentivement ce mode d’emploi avant l’utilisation et conservez-le afin de pouvoir le
consulter ultérieurement. N’utilisez pas le Princess Ceramic Straightener WS dans la salle
de bains ou près d’un lavabo rempli d’eau. Si l’appareil tombait dans l’eau, ne l’attrapez
jamais à pleines mains mais retirez d’abord la fiche de la prise de courant. Manipulez
toujours le Ceramic Straightener WS avec les mains sèches.
Ceramic Straightener WS à plaques chauffantes céramiques. Cet appareil permet de lisser
les cheveux frisés mais également de donner du ressort et du mouvement aux cheveux
raides en créant des boucles et des vagues. La brosse coiffante est équipée d’un cordon
flexible extra long.
