compliance with the National Electrical Code and local codes. The use of accessory equipment not recommended by
the manufacturer or installed contrary to instructions may cause an unsafe condition. Do not block light emanating from
product in whole or part, as this may cause an unsafe condition. Do not allow items such as drapes, curtains, screens or
the like to come into contact with the product or to block light from the product, as this may cause an unsafe condition.

WALL MOUNT: USE INSTRUCTIONS
PENDANT MOUNT:
1.) REMOVE COTTER PIN FROM PIPE
ADAPTOR. FEED WIRES THROUGH
COVER AND STEM. REPLACE COTTER
PIN
STEM. BEND ENDS OF COTTER PIN TO
SECURE THE STEM TO THE PIPE
ADAPTOR.
2.)
MAKE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS.
CONNECT GROUND WIRES TO GREEN
GROUND LEADS. CONNECT WHITE
(COMMON)
CONNECT POWER SUPPLY (LINE) TO
BLACK LEADS. (SEE WIRING DIAGRAM).
WARNING: DO NOT PINCH WIRES.
CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN
FOR ALL OTHER OPTIONS THAT
REQUIRE OTHER WIRING
CONFIGURATIONS.
PUSH UP COVER AND TURN TO LOCK

CEILING MOUNT:
1.) REMOVE REFLECTOR AND
CYLINDER BY LOOSENING THE
TWO RETAINING SCREWS AND
TWISTING THE REFLECTOR OUT.
2.) CONNECT FIXTURE WIRES TO
SUPPLY WIRES AND ASSEMBLE
TOP OF CEILING OUTLET BOX.
3.) REPLACE CYLINDER AND
REFLECTOR. TIGHTEN THE TWO
RETAINING SCREWS.
