Introduzione
Ci congratuliamo per l'acquisto del vostro nuovo
apparecchio. È stato scelto un prodotto di alta
qualità. Il manuale di istruzioni è parte integrante
del presente prodotto. Esso contiene importanti
indicazioni per la sicurezza, l'uso e lo smaltimento.
Prima di utilizzare il prodotto, familiarizzare con
tutte le indicazioni relative ai comandi e alla sicurezza. Utilizzare il prodotto solo come descritto e
per i campi d'impiego indicati. In caso di cessione
del prodotto a terze persone, consegnare anche
tutta la relativa documentazione.
Uso conforme
L'apparecchio è adatto per l'incollaggio di legno,
cartone, imballi, PVC, tappeti, guarnizioni, plastica,
pelle, ceramica, vetro e tessuti tramite colla a caldo.
Il materiale da incollare deve essere pulito, asciutto
e privo di grasso. Qualunque altro impiego e qualunque modifica dell'apparecchio è da considerarsi non
conforme alla destinazione e comporta il rischio di
infortuni. Il produttore non si assume alcuna responsabilità per i danni derivanti da uso non conforme.
L'apparecchio non è destinato all'uso commerciale.

Indicazioni di sicurezza integrative
per pistola per incollaggio a caldo
■ Sorvegliare i bambini assicurandosi che non
giochino con l'apparecchio.
■ ATTENZIONE! Questo apparecchio deve
essere appoggiato sulla sua staffa di supporto
quando non viene utilizzato.
■ Tenere lontano l'apparecchio dalla pioggia e
dall'umidità. La penetrazione di acqua in un
apparecchio elettrico aumenta il rischio di scosse elettriche.
■ Non utilizzare il cavo per altri scopi come quello
di trasportare o appendere l'apparecchio o per
sfilare la spina dalla presa. Tenere il cavo lontano dal calore, dall'olio o da angoli acuminati.
Se il cavo di rete durante il lavoro si danneggia
o si taglia, non toccare il cavo bensì staccare
subito la spina. Cavi danneggiati o aggrovigliati aumentano il rischio di scosse elettriche.
■ Solo per l'impiego al chiuso.
■ In caso di pause di oltre 30 minuti, staccare la
spina.
■ Dopo aver utilizzato l'apparecchio e prima di
riporlo, lasciarlo completamente raffreddare.
■ Non lavorare materiale contenente amianto.
■ Evitare pericoli di lesioni e d'incendio nonché
pericoli per la salute: PERICOLO DI USTIONI!
La colla e l'ugello si scaldano a oltre 200 °C.
Non toccare l'ugello o la colla.
Impedire che la colla bollente venga a contatto
con persone o animali. In caso di contatto con
la pelle, tenere subito il punto colpito sotto un
getto d'acqua fredda per alcuni minuti. Non
cercare di rimuovere la colla dalla pelle.
■ Il cavo di rete deve trovarsi sempre dietro l'appa-
recchio.
Utilizzo
Prima della messa in funzione
Preparare i punti di incollaggio:
■ Per pulire i punti di incollaggio non utilizzare
solventi infiammabili.
■ La temperatura ambiente e la temperatura dei
materiali da incollare non deve essere inferiore
a + 5 °C o superiore a + 50 °C.
■ I punti da incollare devono essere puliti, asciutti
ed esenti da grassi.
♦ Prima dell'incollaggio irruvidire le superfici lisce.
♦ Riscaldare rapidamente i materiali che si raffred-
dano come l'acciaio per una migliore adesività
dell'incollaggio.
♦ Avvitare l'ugello desiderato
Messa in funzione
Lavoro con cavo collegato:
♦ Collegare il cavo di rete
della pistola (vedi Fig. B). Inserire la spina
nella presa.
♦ Ribaltare in avanti la staffa di supporto in plasti-
ca
. Posare l'apparecchio.
♦ Infilare una cartuccia di colla nel canale di
avanzamento
♦ Fare riscaldare l'apparecchio per circa 5 minuti.
L'apparecchio è pronto per l'uso.
Lavoro senza cavo:
♦ Collegare il cavo di rete
della stazione di carica . Inserire la spina nella
presa.
♦ Inserire la pistola per incollaggio a caldo nella
stazione di carica

ripetere la fase di riscaldamento .
Incollaggio:
♦ Premere la staffa di avanzamento

♦ Quando si interrompe il lavoro, appoggiare
la pistola per incollaggio a caldo sulla staffa
di supporto in plastica

resti di colla con un coltello affilato. Se vengono riscaldati, i punti di incollaggio si staccano
nuovamente.

Manutenzione e pulizia
ATTENZIONE! PRIMA DI ESEGUIRE
QUALSIASI LAVORO DI PULIZIA,

■ La pistola per incollaggio a caldo non necessita
di manutenzione.
■ Tenere l'apparecchio sempre pulito e asciutto.
■ Impedire la penetrazione di liquidi all'interno
dell'apparecchio. Per la pulizia dell'alloggiamento utilizzare un panno. Non utilizzare mai
benzina, solventi o detergenti in grado di attaccare la plastica.
Smaltimento
L'imballaggio è composto da materiali
ecocompatibili che possono essere smaltiti
tramite gli appositi centri di raccolta e
riciclaggio.
Non gettare gli apparecchi elettronici
insieme ai normali rifiuti domestici!
In base alla direttiva europea 2012/19/EU, gli
apparecchi elettrici usati devono essere raccolti
separatamente e inviati a un centro per il riciclaggio ecologico.
Per lo smaltimento dell'apparecchio usato, informarsi
presso l'amministrazione comunale o municipale.

dalla data di acquisto. Qualora questo prodotto
presentasse vizi, Le spettano diritti legali nei confronti
del venditore del prodotto. La garanzia qui di seguito

legali.
Condizioni di garanzia
Il periodo di garanzia decorre dalla data dell’acquisto. Si prega di conservare lo scontrino di cassa
originale. Tale documento è necessario come
prova di acquisto.
Qualora entro tre anni a partire dalla data
dell’acquisto di questo prodotto si presentasse un
vizio del materiale o di fabbricazione, provvederemo, a nostra discrezione, a riparare o a sostituire
gratuitamente il prodotto. Questa prestazione di
garanzia ha come presupposto che l’apparecchio
difettoso e la prova di acquisto (scontrino di cassa)
vengano presentati entro il termine di tre anni e
che si descriva per iscritto in cosa consiste il vizio e
quando si è presentato.
Se il vizio rientra nell’ambito della nostra garanzia,
il Suo prodotto verrà riparato o sostituito da uno
nuovo. Con la riparazione o la sostituzione del prodotto non decorre un nuovo periodo di garanzia.
Periodo di garanzia e diritti legali di
rivendicazione di vizi
Il periodo di garanzia non viene prolungato da
interventi in garanzia. Ciò vale anche per le parti
sostituite e riparate. Danni e vizi eventualmente già
presenti al momento dell’acquisto devono venire
segnalati immediatamente dopo che l’apparecchio
è stato disimballato. Le riparazioni eseguite dopo
la scadenza del periodo di garanzia sono a
pagamento.
Ambito della garanzia
L’apparecchio è stato prodotto con cura secondo
severe direttive qualitative e debitamente collaudato
prima della consegna.
La garanzia viene prestata in caso di vizi del
materiale o di fabbricazione. Questa garanzia non
si estende a componenti del prodotto che sono
esposti al normale logorio e possono pertanto essere
considerati come componenti soggetti a usura o a
danni che si verificano su componenti delicati, per
es. interruttori, batterie, stampi da forno o parti
realizzate in vetro.
Questa garanzia decade se il prodotto è stato
danneggiato oppure utilizzato o sottoposto a
interventi di manutenzione in modo non conforme.
Per un utilizzo adeguato del prodotto si devono

decade in caso di impiego improprio o manomissione, uso della forza e interventi non eseguiti

de instruções é parte integrante deste produto.
Este contém instruções importantes para
a segurança, utilização e eliminação. Antes de utilizar o produto, familiarize-se com todas as instruções de operação e segurança. Utilize o produto
apenas como descrito e nas áreas de aplicação
indicadas. Ao transferir o produto para terceiros,
entregue todos os respetivos documentos.
Utilização correta
O aparelho é adequado para colar madeira,
cartão, embalagens, PVC, alcatifas, juntas, plástico, couro, cerâmica, vidro e tecido com cola
termofusível. O material a colar tem de estar limpo,
seco e sem gordura. Qualquer outra utilização ou
alteração do aparelho é considerada incorreta e
acarreta perigo de acidentes graves. O fabricante
não se responsabiliza por quaisquer danos causados pela utilização incorreta. Este aparelho não se
destina ao uso comercial.

Instruções de segurança adicionais
para pistola de cola termofusível
■ As crianças devem ser vigiadas para garantir
que não brincam com o aparelho.
■ ATENÇÃO! Este aparelho tem de ser colocado
sobre o respetivo estribo de posicionamento
quando não estiver a ser utilizado.
■ Mantenha o aparelho afastado de chuva e
humidade. A infiltração de água num aparelho
elétrico aumenta o risco de choque elétrico.
■ Não utilize o cabo para um fim diferente do
previsto, p. ex. para transportar, pendurar o
aparelho ou remover a ficha da tomada.
Mantenha o cabo afastado de calor, óleo,
arestas afiadas. Se o cabo de alimentação for
danificado ou cortado durante o trabalho, não
toque no mesmo e retire imediatamente a ficha
da tomada. Cabos danificados ou enrolados
aumentam o risco de choque elétrico.
■ Destina-se exclusivamente à utilização em espa-
ços fechados.
■ Em pausas de trabalho superiores a 30 minutos,
retire a ficha da tomada.
■ Deixe arrefecer o aparelho completamente
depois da utilização e antes do armazenamento.
■ Não trabalhe qualquer material que contenha
amianto.
■ Evite perigo de ferimentos e de incêndio, bem
como perigos para a saúde: PERIGO DE QUEI-
MADURAS!
A cola e o injetor atingem uma temperatura
superior a 200 °C. Não toque no injetor nem
na cola. Não deixe que a cola quente entre em
contacto com pessoas ou animais. Se houver
contacto com a pele, coloque a parte afetada
imediatamente sob água fria corrente durante
alguns minutos. Não tente retirar a cola da pele.
■ Coloque o cabo de alimentação sempre para
trás do aparelho.
Operação
Antes da colocação em funcionamento
Preparar as superfícies a colar:
■ Não utilize solventes inflamáveis para limpar as
superfícies a colar.
■ A temperatura ambiente e os materiais a colar
não podem apresentar uma temperatura inferior
a + 5 °C e superior a + 50 °C.
■ As superfícies a colar têm de estar limpas, secas
e sem gordura.
♦ Raspe as superfícies lisas antes de as colar.
♦ Aqueça materiais que arrefecem rapidamente,
p. ex. aço, para melhorar a aderência da cola.
♦ Aparafuse o injetor
Colocação em funcionamento
Trabalhar com o cabo ligado:
♦ Ligue o cabo de alimentação

ficha na tomada.
♦ Levante o estribo de posicionamento de plás-
tico
. Desligue o aparelho.
♦ Insira um cartucho de cola no canal de avanço

usage and disposal. Before using the product, please

Intended use
This appliance is intended for gluing wood, cardboard, packaging, PVC, carpet, seals, plastics,
leather, ceramics, glass and fabric with hot-melt
adhesive.
The material to be glued must be clean, dry and free
of grease. Any other usage of or modification to the
appliance is deemed to be improper and carries a
significant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts
no responsibility for damage(s) attributable to misuse.

glue guns
■ Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
■ CAUTION! This appliance must be placed on
its stand when not in use.
■ Always protect the appliance from rain and
moisture. Water entering a power tool will
increase the risk of electric shock.
■ Do not misuse the power cord, e.g. to carry
or hang up the appliance, or to pull the plug
from the socket. Keep cord away from heat,
oil, sharp edges or moving parts. If the power
cord is damaged or severed during work, do
not touch the cord but rather pull out the power
plug. Damaged or entangled cords increase the
risk of electric shock.
■ Only for indoor use.
■ If you take a break of longer than 30 minutes,
pull out the power plug.
■ Allow the appliance to cool completely after
use and before storage.
■ Do not work on any material containing asbestos.
■ Avoid the risk of injury or fire as well as health
risks: RISK OF BURNS! The adhesive and the
nozzle reach a temperature of around 200°C.
Do not touch the nozzle or the glue. Do not
allow hot glue to come into contact with people
or animals. In case of contact with skin, rinse
the affected part in cold running water for a few
minutes. Do not attempt to remove the adhesive
from the skin.
■ Always route the power cable towards the rear,
away from the appliance.
Operation
Before use
Preparing the surfaces to be glued:
■ Do not use flammable solvents to clean the
surfaces to be glued.
■ The ambient temperature and the materials to
be bonded may not be colder than 5°C and
not warmer than 50°C.
■ The area to be glued must be clean, dry and
free of grease.
♦ Smooth surfaces should be roughened before
gluing.
♦ Quick-cooling materials such as steel should be
warmed a little to facilitate adhesion.
♦ Select the desired nozzle

♦ Connect the power cable

♦ Press the two workpieces to be bonded together
immediately after applying the glue and hold
for about 30 seconds. The glued bond is ready
after about 5 minutes.

released by heating.

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,
you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the
warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the
date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt
in a safe place. This document will be required as
proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and
the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written
description of the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product
will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair
or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for
defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall
be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty

Fassen Sie die Düse oder den Kleber nicht an.
Lassen Sie den heißen Kleber nicht auf Personen oder Tiere gelangen. Bei Hautkontakt sofort
die Stelle einige Minuten unter einen kalten
Wasserstrahl halten. Versuchen Sie nicht den
Klebstoff von der Haut zu entfernen.
■ Führen Sie das Netzkabel immer nach hinten
vom Gerät weg.
Bedienung
Vor der Inbetriebnahme
Klebestellen vorbereiten:
■ Verwenden Sie keine brennbaren Lösungsmittel
zum Reinigen der Klebestellen.
■ Die Umgebungstemperatur und die zu kleben-
den Materialien dürfen nicht kälter als + 5 °C
und nicht wärmer als + 50 °C sein.
■ Klebestellen müssen sauber, trocken und fettfrei
sein.
♦ Rauen Sie glatte Oberflächen vor dem Kleben
an.
♦ W
ärmen Sie schnell abkühlende Materialien wie
z.B. Stahl zur besseren Klebhaftung etwas an.
♦ Schrauben Sie die gewünschte Düse auf.
Inbetriebnahme
Kabelgebunden arbeiten:
♦ Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel
anschluss der Klebepistole (siehe Abb. B).
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.
♦ Klappen Sie den Plastik - Aufstellbügel
Stellen Sie das Gerät ab.
♦ Schieben Sie eine Klebepatrone in den
Vorschubkanal
♦ Lassen Sie das Gerät ca. 5 Minuten aufheizen.
Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

♦ Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel

♦ Wiederholen Sie die Aufheizphase bei schwer
gängigem oder zäh flüssigem Klebstoffaustritt.
Kleben:
♦ Drücken Sie den Vorschubbügel
Fluss des Klebers den Anforderungen entsprechend zu regulieren.
♦ Tragen Sie den Kleber punktförmig auf. Tragen
Sie bei flexiblen Materialien wie z.B. Textilien
den Kleber in Zickzacklinien auf.
♦ Drücken Sie die beiden zu verklebenden Werk-
stücke nach dem Auftragen des Klebers sofort
für ca. 30 Sekunden zusammen. Die Klebestelle
ist nach ca. 5 Minuten belastbar.
♦ Stellen Sie die Klebepistole zwischen Arbeitsun-
terbrechungen auf dem Plastik - Aufstellbügel
ab oder setzen Sie sie in die Ladestation
♦ Entfernen Sie etwaige Kleberreste nach dem Er-
kalten mit einem scharfen Messer. Klebestellen
lassen sich durch Erhitzen wieder lösen.

♦ Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Mängeln dieses Produkts
stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts
gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte
werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte
Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte
bewahren Sie den Original-Kassenbon gut auf.
Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf
benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum
dieses Produkts ein Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer
Wahl – für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt.
Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb
der Drei-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der
Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich
kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht
und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist,
erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Produkt
zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts
beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche
Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung
nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und
reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach
dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind
kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien
sorgfältig produziert und vor Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf
Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt
sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus, Backformen
oder Teile die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts
sind alle in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten
Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt
wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht
für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei
missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung,
Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht
von unserer autorisierten Service-Niederlassung
vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

Um eine schnelle Bearbeitung ihres Anliegens
zu gewährleisten, folgen Sie bitte den folgenden
