SUMMARY
This document is a reference for configuring “VozTelecom” SIP trunks onto Panasonic HTS and
includes the settings required for Incoming Call DDI routing and Outgoing Call CLI presentation.
SIP trunk specific account details are provided to you by VozTelecom.
Attention:
This document was created based on the results of test environment accounts.
Panasonic cannot guarantee SIP Trunk operation in all environments, however as a result of
completing this Inter-Operability Test Panasonic will provide technical support for any issues
experienced an assist as far as possible in providing a resolution.
Please obtain relevant information from Service provider before configuration of SIP trunks.
Panasonic will not be held liable for any information provided in this guidance document.

Note
FAX
FAX T.38 is not supported and G711 Inband FAX communication is failed.
Unable to use FAX to PSTN when FAX message are detected on VozTelecom.
Hold
Hold is not working correctly.
Limitation: HTS won’t allow RE-INVITE (Hold) message from Server. Under study.
CLIR Calls
Limitation: HTS don’t support CLIR Outgoing Calls (Anonymous)

Note
Configure the settings according to the IP address system of the existing user network.
Also, set the IP address which does not duplicate other IP devices.
(1) SIP Trunk, Extension Port Number and NAT Configuration
SIP Extension & SIP Trunk Common
Select [PBX Configuration] - [2. Extension] - [7.SIP Extension Property]
[SIP Extension & SIP Trunk Common]
1. Voice(RTP) UDP port No.(Server): Leave at 12000-
2. SIP Port Number: Leave at 5060
3. NAT Traversal: Leave Off
4. NAT – Fixed Global IP Address: Leave at 0.0.0.0
All other settings can be left at default.
Click [Apply]
Click [Apply Now]
(2) Network Settings
Network Configuration WAN Setting
Select [Network Configuration] - [3.WAN] – [1.WAN Setting] and Select [WAN 1 Channel]
Click [Modify]
HTS WAN-1 IP: 192.168.22.99 (Example)
Assigned HTS WAN IP address by user network administrator
1. WAN Type: Fix IP
2. WAN Connection Name: Leave WAN1_Fix_IP - Reference only-
3. IP address, by your ISP: 192.168.22.99 (Enter your actual IP address)
4. Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
5. ISP Gateway Address: 192.168.22.1
6. Static DNS Change to Enable
7. Primary DNS Server: 192.168.22.1
8. Secondary DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
