Installing the batteries

Your ONE FOR ALL 2 needs 4 new “AAA/LR6” alkaline batteries.

2 Match the batteries to the + and - marks inside the battery case, then

nsert the batteries.

3 Place the battery cover back into place.

Press “Battery Unlock” to unlock the battery

over from the back of your ONE FOR ALL 2.

Additionaly the MAGIC key may be used as SHIFT key.

During operation of the ONE FOR ALL the red LED
(Light Emitting Diode) underneath a device key will
light up every time a key is pressed to indicate the
device mode you are using.

1 Find the code for your device (e.g. Bennett

Television) in the Code list (page 144 - 155 in the

anual). Codes are listed by device type and brand

ame. The most popular code is listed first.

Make sure your device is switched on
(not on standby).

2 Press the TV key on the ONE FOR ALL 2 to select the

device you wish to Set-Up.

3 Press and hold down the MAGIC key

(for approximately 3 seconds) until
the red LED (underneath the TV key
in this example) blinks twice.
The red LED will blink once, then twice.

4 Enter your four-digit device code using the number

keys (e.g. Bennett code 0556). The red LED will

blink twice to confirm that the code is stored.

5 Now, aim the ONE FOR ALL 2 at your device and press

OFF. If your device switches off, the ONE FOR ALL 2

is ready to operate your device.

6. Next, switch your device back on (pressing ON, a
number key or CH+) and try all the remote’s

functions to ensure they are working properly.
If the functions do not work properly, repeat steps 1-5
using another code listed under your brand.

- If your device does not respond, follow steps 1 to 5 with each code listed

for your brand. If none of the codes listed for your brand operate your
device OR if you your brand is not listed at all, try the search method
described on page 9.

- Some codes are quite similar. If your device does not respond or is not

functioning properly with one of the codes, try another code listed under
your brand.

- Remember to press the correct device key before operating your device.

Only one device can be assigned to a device mode. If your original remote
operates more than one device, you need to set up each device separately.

Search Method

--> If your device does not respond to the ONE FOR ALL 2 after you
have tried all the codes listed for your brand.

-> The Search Method may also work if your brand is not listed at

­all.

The Search Method allows you to find the code for your device by scanning

hrough all the codes contained in the memory of the ONE FOR ALL 2.

Example: To search for your TV code:

Switch on your television (not on standby) and aim your ONE FOR ALL

at your TV.

2 Press the TV key on your ONE FOR ALL 2.

3 Press and hold down the MAGIC key

(for appraximately 3 seconds) until the
red LED (underneath the TV key
in this example) blinks twice.
The red LED will blink once, then twice.

4 Press 9 9 1. The red LED will blink twice.

5 Next, press OFF.

- If you wish you may also search for your code using
another function than “OFF”. Simply choose between 0,
1, 2, 3, VOL+, PLAY, STOP or MUTE instead.

6 Aim the ONE FOR ALL 2 at your Device. Now press CH+

over and over, until your e.g. Television switches off.

- Everytime you press the CH+ key the ONE FOR ALL 2 will
send out a POWER signal (the function you chose at step

5) from the next code contained in the memory.

- You may have to press this key many times (up to 150
times) so please be patient.

- If you skip past a code, you can go to the previous
code(s) by pressing the CH- key.

- Remember to keep pointing the ONE FOR ALL 2 at your
Device while pressing this key.

7 As soon as your Device switches off, press the MAGIC

key to store the code.

- If your Device does not switch on pressing the ON key,
simply press the OFF key, a number key or CH+ to switch your e.g.
Television back on.

the press of one button. Any sequence of commands you regularly use can
be reduced to one key stroke for your convenience.

Example: To switch off your Television and Satellite Receiver with
one keypress (e.g. red key):

1 Press and hold down the MAGIC key until the red LED

underneath the last selected device key will blink twice. The
red LED will blink once, then twice.

2 Press 9 9 5.

3 Then press the Red key to which the Macro will be assigned.

4 Next press TV, OFF, SAT, OFF.

5 To store the Macro, press and hold down the MAGIC key until the

red LED underneath the last selected device key will blink twice.
The red LED will blink once, then twice.

6 Whenever you press the ”Red” key, the ONE FOR ALL 2 will switch

off your Television and Satellite Receiver.

- Make sure that you program a Macro on a spare key that you don’t use in
any mode.

- Once you program a Macro on a specific key, the sequence will work
regardless of the mode (TV and SAT) you are using.

- Each MACRO can consist of a maximum of 35 key strokes.

- If you had to hold down a key for a few seconds on the
original remote control to get a function, this function may not work in a
macro on your ONE FOR ALL remote.

- To avoid accidental recordings with the ONE FOR ALL 2, you must press
the Record key twice to begin recording. Because of this, we recommend
you not to assign a Macro or Shifted Macro to the Record key.

- If you program a Macro on a key, the original function will become
shifted (excluding REW, PLAY, PAUZE, FF, SKIP Forward, SKIP Back, STOP,
REC, Red, Green, Yellow and Blue). Press the MAGIC then the key to
access it.

If you do not want to sacrifice any key it is also possible to install a
“Shifted Macro”.

If for example, you want to program a shifted Macro on the OFF
key, simply press MAGIC once then the OFF key during
step 3.

Example: To switch off your Television and Satellite Receiver with
one keypress (e.g. pressing MAGIC then OFF):

1 Press and hold down the MAGIC key until the red LED (underne-

ath the TV key in this example) blinks twice. The red LED will blink
once, then twice.

2 Press 9 9 5.

3 Then press the OFF key to which the Macro will be assigned.

4 Next press TV, OFF, SAT, OFF.

5 To store the Macro, Press and hold down the MAGIC key until the

red LED (underneath the TV key in this example) blinks twice. The
red LED will blink once, then twice.

Result: Now everytime you press MAGIC, then the OFF key, the ONE FOR
ALL will switch off your Television and Satellite Receiver.

To erase the Shifted Macro from the OFF key press:

Key Magic® is an exclusive ONE FOR ALL feature that ensures that many

unctions of your original remote control can be operated - even those that

do not have their own key on the ONE FOR ALL keypad. Frequently used
functions can be assigned to a key of your choice using the Key Magic
feature of your ONE FOR ALL.

the corresponding function code. As these function codes vary with
different types of devices, they cannot be found in the manual. You can
request your function codes calling our consumer service or by sending us a

programming the code is easy:

Key Move allows you to configure the keypad as you wish.

Example: how to Key Move the “Play” function from SAT (PVR) mode
towards TV mode.

1 Press and hold down the MAGIC key until the red LED

2 Press 9 9 4. The red LED underneath the last selected

device-mode-key will blink twice.

3 Press the source device mode (e.g. SAT key).

4 Press the key you wish to move (e.g. PLAY key).

5 Select the device mode to which the fuction will be assigned

(e.g. TV key).

6 Press the key to which the function will be assigned (e.g. PLAY

key). The red LED underneath the last selected device key

will blink twice.

Result: now also being in TV mode you will be able to play your SAT (PVR).

To restore the play key in the TV mode to it’s original function press:

Zusätzlich kann die MAGIC-Taste auch als
UMSCHALTTASTE verwendet werden.

Beim Betrieb der ONE FOR ALL leuchtet bei jedem
Tastendruck eine rote LED (Leuchtdiode) unter der
Gerätetaste, um den Gerätemodus anzuzeigen, in
dem Sie sich befinden.

- Wenn Sie einen Code übersprungen haben, können Sie zum

vorherigen Code gehen, indem Sie die Taste CH- drücken.

- Jedes Makro kann eine Sequenz von bis zu 35 Befehlen speichern.

- Wenn Sie auf der Originalfernbedienung eine Taste länger gedrückt halten
müssen, um eine Funktion zu erhalten, ist diese Funktion

eventuell auf der ONE FOR ALL nicht möglich.

- Damit unerwünschte zufällige Aufzeichnungen mit der ONE FOR ALL 2
vermieden werden, müssen Sie zum Starten einer Aufzeichnung die
Record-Taste zweimal drücken. Deshalb raten wir davon ab, ein Makro oder
Makro der zweiten Ebene auf die Record-Taste zu legen.

- Wenn ein Makro auf eine Taste gelegt wird, wird die ursprüngliche Funktion
dieser Taste auf die zweite Ebene verlegt (außer REW, PLAY, PAUZE, FF, SKIP
Forward, SKIP Back, STOP, REC, Rot, Grün, Gelb und Blau). Drücken Sie MAGIC

- Si votre appareil ne répond pas, exécutez les étapes 1 à 5 avec chaque
code répertorié pour votre marque. Si aucun des codes répertoriés pour
votre marque n’actionne votre appareil, OU si votre marque n’est pas
listée, essayez la méthode de recherche décrite en page 38.

- Certains codes sont pratiquement identiques. Si votre appareil ne répond
pas ou ne fonctionne pas correctement avec l’un des codes, essayez un
autre code répertorié sous votre marque.

- N’oubliez pas d’appuyer sur d’appareil adéquate avant de le commander.
Un seul appareil peut être affecté à un mode d’appareil. Si votre
télécommande d’origine actionne plus d’un appareil, vous devez
configurer chaque appareil séparément.

FOR ALL 2 envoie un signal POWER (la fonction que vous
avez choisie à l’étape 5) du code suivant en mémoire.

- Vous pouvez devoir appuyer de nombreuses fois sur
cette touche (jusqu’à 150 fois), soyez donc patient.

- Si vous sautez un code, vous pouvez revenir au code ou
aux codes précédents en appuyant sur la touche CH -.

- N’oubliez pas de toujours pointer la ONE FOR ALL 2 vers
votre appareil lorsque vous appuyez sur cette touche.

7 Dès que votre appareil s’éteint, appuyez sur la touche

MAGIC pour mémoriser le code.

- Si votre appareil ne s’allume pas en appuyant sur la touche ON, appuyez
simplement sur la touche OFF, sur une touche numérique ou sur CH+ pour
rallumer p. ex. votre téléviseur.

- Si vous devez maintenir une touche pendant plusieurs secondes sur la
télécommande d’origine pour obtenir une fonction, celle-ci peut ne pas
fonctionner dans une macro de votre télécommande ONE FOR ALL.

- Afin d’éviter tout enregistrement accidentel avec votre ONE FOR ALL 2,
vous devez appuyer deux fois sur la touche Record pour démarrer un
enregistrement. Pour cette raison, nous vous recommandons de ne pas
affecter de macro ou de macro secondaire à la touche Record.

- Si vous programmez une macro sur une touche, la fonction d’origine
deviendra secondaire (à l’exclusion de REW, PLAY, PAUZE, AV. RAPIDE,
SAUT en avant, SAUT en arrière, STOP, REC, Rouge, Vert, Jaune et Bleu).

Le déplacement de touche vous permet de configurer le clavier selon vos souhaits.

Exemple : comment déplacer la touche « Play » du mode SAT en mode TV.

1 Enfoncez et maintenez la touche MAGIC jusqu’à ce que la DEL

rouge sous la dernière touche d’appareil sélectionnée clignote deux
fois. La DEL rouge clignote une fois puis deux fois.

2 Appuyez sur 9 9 4. La DEL rouge sous la dernière touche d’appareil

sélectionnée clignote alors deux fois.

3 Appuyez sur le mode d’appareil source (p. ex. la touche SAT).

4 Appuyez sur la touche que vous souhaitez déplacer (p. ex. la

touche PLAY).

5 Sélectionnez le mode d’appareil auquel la fonction sera affectée (p.

ex. la touche TV).

6 Appuyez sur la touche qui reçoit la fonction (p. ex. la touche

PLAY). La DEL rouge sous la dernière touche d’appareil sélectionnée

clignote alors deux fois.

Résultat: en mode TV, vous pourrez à présent lire votre PVR (SAT).

Pour restaurer la fonction originale de la touche play du mode TV, exécutez
la séquence suivante :

funcionar. Únicamente puede asignarse un aparato a un modo de aparato.
Si su mando a distancia original funciona con más de un aparato, deberá
configurar cada aparato por separado.

- Asegúrese de programar la macro en una tecla libre que no utilice en
ningún modo.

- Una vez que programe una macro en una tecla determinada, la secuencia
funcionará independientemente del modo que esté utilizando (TV y SAT).

- Cada macro puede constar de un máximo de 35pulsaciones.

- Si en su mando original tenía que mantener pulsada una tecla durante
algunos segundos para activar una función, es posible que dicha función
no sea apta para incluir en una macro de su ONE FOR ALL 2.

- Para evitar grabaciones accidentales con el ONE FOR ALL 2, debe pulsar
dos veces la tecla Record para comenzar a grabar. Por este motivo
le recomendamos que no asigne una Macro o una Macro Secundaria
a la tecla Record.

- Si programa una macro en una tecla, la función original pasará a ser
secundaria (sin incluir las funciones de rebobinado, reproducción, pausa,
avance rápido, saltar hacia delante, saltar hacia atrás, parar, grabar, rojo,
verde, amarillo y azul). Pulsar la tecla MAGIC y después la calve para
acceder a la función.

Si no desea sacrificar ninguna tecla tiene la posibilidad de
configurar una “Macro secundaria”.

Si, por ejemplo, desea programar una macro secundaria en la tecla
OFF, pulse una vez MAGIC y a continuación la tecla OFF durante el
paso 3.

Ejemplo: Para apagar su televisión y receptor satélite pulsando una
sola tecla (por ejemplo, pulsando MAGIC y después OFF):

para a sua marca funcionar com o seu dispositivo, OU se a sua marca não
estiver listada, tente o Método de Busca descrito na página 65.

- Alguns códigos são bastante semelhantes. Se o seu dispositivo não res­ponder ou não estiver a funcionar correctamente com um dos códigos,
tente outro código listado para a sua marca.

- Lembre-se de premir a tecla do dispositivo correcta antes de operar o seu
dispositivo. Apenas um dispositivo pode ser atribuído a um modo de
dispositivo. Se o seu controlo remoto original operar mais do que um
dispositivo, necessita de configurar cada dispositivo separadamente.

- Você pode ter que premir esta tecla muitas vezes (até
150 vezes) por isso por favor seja paciente.

- Se saltar um código, pode ir para o código(s) anterior
premindo a tecla CH -.

- Lembre-se de continuar a apontar o ONE FOR ALL 2 ao
seu Dispositivo enquanto premir esta tecla.

trabalhará não obstante o modp (TV e SAT) que esteja a usar.

- Cada MACRO pode consistir num máximo de 35 golpes de tecla.

- Se você tiver que premir uma tecla durante alguns segundos no
telecomando original para obter uma função, esta função pode não
trabalhar numa Macro no seu telecomando ONE FOR ALL.

- Para evitar gravações acidentais com o ONE FOR ALL 2, você deve premir
a tecla Record duas vezes para começar a gravar. Devido a isto,
recomendamos que não atribua uma Macro ou Macro Alterada à tecla
Record.

- Uma vez programada uma Macro numa tecla específica, a função original
ficará trocada (excepto REW, PLAY, PAUZE, FF, SKIP Forward, SKIP Back,
STOP, REC, Vermelho, Verde, Amarelo e Azul) Prima a tecla MAGIC e depois
a tecla para aceder a ela.

del telecomando per verificarne il corretto funziona­mento. Se le funzioni non si attivano in modo corret­to, ripetere i passi da 1 a 5 utilizzando un altro codice
elencato sotto il marchio.

- Se l’apparecchio non risponde, seguire i passi da 1 a 5 con ciascun codice

indicato per il marchio. Se nessuno dei codici indicati per il proprio mar­chio è in grado di far funzionare il dispositivo, OPPURE se il marchio non è
indicato, provare il metodo di ricerca descritto a pagina 79.

- Alcuni codici sono abbastanza simili. Se il dispositivo non risponde o non

funziona in modo corretto con uno dei codici, provare con un altro codice
indicato per il proprio marchio.

- Ricordare di premere il tasto dell’apparecchio corrispondente prima di

mettere in funzione l’apparecchio. È possibile assegnare solo un
apparecchio a una modalità del dispositivo. Se il telecomando originale
regola il funzionamento di più dispositivi, è necessario configurare
separatamente ciascun apparecchio.

funzionerà in qualsiasi modalità (TV e SAT) si stia utilizzando.

- Ciascuna MACRO può comprendere un massimo di 35 battiti del tasto.

- Se si deve tenere premuto un tasto per alcuni secondi sul telecomando
originale per ottenere una funzione, questa funzione potrebbe non fun­zionare in una macro sul telecomando ONE FOR ALL.

- Per evitare registrazioni accidentali con il ONE FOR ALL 2, è necessario
premere due volte il tasto Record per iniziare la registrazione. Perciò si
consiglia di non assegnare una Macro o una Shifted Macro al tasto
Record.

- Se si programma una Macro su un tasto, la funzione originale diventerà
shift (ad eccezione di REW, PLAY, PAUSE, FF, Salta in avanti,Salta

- Als uw apparaat niet reageert, volgt u stap 1-5 met elke code die voor uw

merk wordt vermeld. Als geen van de codes die voor uw merk worden
vermeld, voor uw apparaat werkt, OF als uw merk helemaal niet wordt
vermeld, probeert u de zoekmethode die wordt beschreven op pagina 93.

- Sommige codes lijken erg veel op elkaar. Als uw apparaat niet reageert of

niet goed functioneert met een van de codes, probeert u een andere code
die voor uw merk wordt vermeld.

- Druk wel op de juiste apparaattoets voordat u het apparaat bedient. Er

kan maar één apparaat aan een apparaatmodus worden toegewezen. Als
uw originele afstandsbediening meer dan een apparaat bedient, moet u
beide apparaten afzonderlijk instellen.

- Vergeet niet de ONE FOR ALL 2 op het apparaat
te richten terwijl u op deze toets drukt.

7 Zodra het apparaat uitgaat, drukt u op de

één druk op een toets (bijvoorbeeld de rode toets):

1 Houd de MAGIC-toets ingedrukt totdat de rode LED onder de

laatst geselecteerde apparaattoets twee keer knippert. De rode LED
knippert één keer en dan twee keer.

2 Druk op 9 9 5.

3 Druk vervolgens op de rode toets waaraan de macro wordt

toegewezen.

4 Druk nu op TV, OFF, SAT, OFF.

5 Als u de macro wilt opslaan, houdt u de MAGIC-toets ingedrukt

totdat de rode LED onder de laatst geselecteerde apparaattoets
twee keer knippert. De rode LED knippert één keer en dan twee

6 Telkens wanneer u op de rode toets drukt, schakelt de ONE FOR

ALL 2 uw televisie en satellietontvanger uit.

- Zorg ervoor dat u een macro programmeert onder een reservetoets
die u in geen enkele modus gebruikt.

- Als u eenmaal een macro onder een bepaalde toets hebt geprogram­meerd, werkt de reeks, ongeacht de modus (TV en SAT) die u gebruikt.

- Elke MACRO kan bestaan uit maximaal 35 toetsaanslagen.

- Als u een toets op de originele afstandsbediening een paar seconden
ingedrukt moest houden om een functie te krijgen, werkt deze functie
misschien niet in een macro op uw ONE FOR ALL-afstandsbediening.

- Om te voorkomen dat er met de ONE FOR ALL 2 per ongeluk wordt
opgenomen, moet u twee keer op de Record-toets drukken om de opname
te starten. Daarom adviseren we u geen macro of shift-macro toe te
wijzen aan de Record-toets.

- Als u een macro onder een toets programmeert, wordt de originele
functie een shift-functie (behalve REW, PLAY, PAUZE, FF, SKIP Forward,
SKIP Back, STOP, REC, rood, groen, geel en blauw). Druk op MAGIC en
dan op de toets voor de functie.

Zodra u uw functiecode(s) hebt ontvangen van de klantenservice, is het
programmeren van de code eenvoudig:

1 Druk op de apparaattoets (TV of SAT).

2 Houd de MAGIC-toets ingedrukt totdat de rode LED (onder de

TV-toets in dit voorbeeld) twee keer knippert. De rode LED
knippert één keer en dan twee keer.

3 Druk op 9 9 4. De rode LED knippert twee keer.

4 Druk één keer op de MAGIC-toets.

5 Voer de 5-cijferige functiecode in (geleverd door de klantenservice).

6 Druk op de toets waaraan de functie wordt toegewezen.

De rode LED onder de laatst geselecteerde apparaattoets knippert
twee keer.

Met Andere toets kunt u de toetsen naar wens configureren.

Voorbeeld: de Play-functie verplaatsen van de SAT-modus naar de TV­modus.

1 Houd de MAGIC-toets ingedrukt totdat de rode LED onder de

laatst geselecteerde apparaattoets twee keer knippert.
De rode LED knippert één keer en dan twee keer.

2 Druk op 9 9 4. De rode LED onder de laatst geselecteerde

apparaatmodustoets knippert twee keer.

3 Druk op de bronapparaatmodus (bijvoorbeeld SAT-toets).

4 Druk op de toets die u wilt verplaatsen (bijvoorbeeld PLAY-toets).

5 Selecteer de apparaatmodus waaraan de functie wordt toegewezen

(bijvoorbeeld de TV-toets).

6 Druk op de toets waaraan de functie wordt toegewezen

(bijvoorbeeld de PLAY-toets). De rode LED onder de laatst gese-

lecteerde apparaattoets knippert twee keer.

Resultaat: u kunt nu vanuit de TV-modus de SAT-speler bedienen.

Als u de Play-toets in de TV-modus wilt terugzetten naar de originele func­tie, drukt u op:
