Introduction
This appendix was made to cover the additions made for a product which follows in the
RH-19 Nokia 3100 product family. The new product is called RH-19 Nokia 3120.
Nokia 3120 uses the same system module and UI module, and the same electromechanical parts, but introduces changes to the outer plastic mechanics parts. These changes are
shown in this section of the service manual, including pictures of these parts.
For the components list and the component layout diagrams, refer to Chapter Parts Lists
and Layouts.

Mechanical Parts for Nokia 3120
Nokia 3120 introduces a set of changed outer (plastic) mechanics parts. These parts are
supposed to promote the product in a “classic value category”, opposed to “expression
category” for Nokia 3100.
Also the new mechanics parts comply with Nokia environmental regulations, so their disposal shouldn’t cause any harm.
