Incredible flexibility and speed, that's what NETGEAR's ADSL Modem delivers. It gives
you two kinds of connections – Ethernet and a Plug-and Play USB port so you can
enjoy the benefits of either one. This versatile, smoothly engineered modem lets you
use your telephone while you're online; it delivers full-rate ADSL data transfer at
speeds up to 8 Mbps downstream and 800 Kbps upstream for lightning-fast Web
surfing. Designed to look great in any environment, it's also nicely compact to fit in
easily where space is limited.
Combines USB and Ethernet connectivity in one modem so you get the benefits of either,
including easy, Plug and Play operability, as well as Ethernet compatibility with virtually all
operating systems. You also have the option to use this modem as a simple router – you'll
be protected against hackers without installing any extra software on your PC.
Each port delivers up to 8 Mbps of network speed – over 100 times the rate of a normal
