End-Of-Life Notice – AirCard USB 301 & 302

Sierra Wireless is announcing the End-Of-Life for the AirCard USB301 and USB302.

Only the volume identified by your Sales account manager in April for the next 6 months
will be met. We will not be able to support any volume uptake from this forecast.
However, should you require a HSUPA device from Sierra Wireless, Compass888 and
Compass889 are still available for sale, although at a premium compared to AirCard 301
and 302.

Sierra Wireless will continue to provide existing USB301 and USB302 customers with
support and techni cal as s i st ance o n a reas on ab le c o mm erci al b asi s fo r a m in im um term of
2 years after final sale (no later than August 20th, 2012).

We encourage our valued customers to ask about our currently available USB HSPA+
USB modem –AirCard® 310U or USB308- or to inquire about our renewed line of
HSPA+ products coming out in Q4 2010.
We also encourage prospective customers to enquire about our next generation of
Airlinks technologies coming out in the next 12 months (dual carrier HSPA+ and LTE).
