MA6900 FINAL ASSEMBLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COUNTRY GROUPS 01-08 AND 10

The MA6900 is designed for use in Country Groups 01-08 and 10. All conversions are performed by
moving two identical thermistors located on the Power Transformer Terminal Block to new locations
as illustrated.

COUNTRY GROUP 01 - USA AND OTHERS

Parts Required:
1 – MA6900
1 – 089104 Fuse (T 6.3AL 250V SB)
1 – 170937 Line Cord Set
1 – 125412 CSA Certification Label

Step 1:Wire Power Transformer Terminal Block as illustrated in Figure 1.
Step 2: Insert Fuse P/N 089104 into Rear Panel and apply label 125412.

Step 1: Wire Power Transformer Terminal Block as illustrated in Figure 2.
Step 2: Change the screened Rear Panel Input Rating to 100V~ 50/60Hz 5.2A with P/N 126873.
Step 3: Tag Line Cord P/N 170937 with P/N 125781 (100V) and ship with Unit.
Step 4: Insert Fuse P/N 089104 into Rear Panel.

Step 1: Wire Power Transformer Terminal Block as illustrated in Figure 3.
Step 2: Insert Fuse P/N 089104 into Rear Panel and apply Decals.
Step 3: Changed screened Rear Panel Input Rating to 110V~ 60Hz 4.8A using P/N 126876.
Step 4: Tag Line Cord P/N 170937 with P/N 126095 (110V) and ship with Unit.

Step 2: Insert Fuse P/N 089098 into Rear Panel and affix Fuse Replacement Decal P/N 126679.
Step 3: Change screened Rear Panel Input Rating to 230V~50/60Hz 2.35A using P/N 126877.
Step 4: Tag Line Cord P/N 170378 with P/N 125783 (230V) and ship with Unit.
Step 5: Place Red Plugs P/N 017726 and Black Plugs P/N 017727 into appropriate output terminal

connector.

Step 5: Place Red Plugs P/N 017726 and Black Plugs P/N 017727 into appropriate output terminal

connector.
