[REASONS]
The part defect of the Laser Pickup slide shaft.
(It occurs only in specific serial number because defective plastic part mixing.)
[SOLUTION]
1) Replace the Laser Pickup slide shaft of Loader Assy.
This work is the same as DV4300 (SERVICE BULLETIN REF.NBR: MZ04-016)
