Subject: Information on the method of deleting the ID/Password of network
contents.
This is Information.
Cause:
Because the network device IC (DM860) manages ID/Password of the network contents, even if the main microprocessor is initialized the ID/Password is not deleted.
Symptom:
ID/password information.
Resetting the microprocessor does not remove Pandora
Solution:
procedure when the deletion of ID/Password of the network contents is necessary
Log out the network contents.
Example: Log out of Pandora on the AV-8801.
1) Select Pandora as the NETWORK Source then push the "ENTER" button.
2) Push "Return" if the list of Pandora is displayed.
3) Sign out by selecting "Yes" if the log out was displayed by Popup window. Note: Because the log out method is different for each content service, please follow the method of Sign Out for each content service.

CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
Initialize the network module.
1) Select the NETWORK Source.
2) Push the following button of the main unit for three seconds or more, and release the button if "Initializing…" is displayed in the FL tube.

3) Wait until "Completed" is displayed in the FL tube. Execute factory reset.
1) Place the product into standby mode. (ZONE is also off.)
2) Turn power the product ON while pushing the following button on the Main unit.

3) Once the display starts flashing at intervals of about 1 second, release the two buttons.
