Cause The fuser exit roller shaft contacts the fuser exit guide. This depends on the

deformation of the guide.

Solution The Bush exit (302K025920) has been added between the fuser exit guide and the

fuser exit roller shaft.

Bush exit installation procedure

No.

1 Turn the main switch OFF. Remove the

Fuser unit, after it has cooled down.

2 Remove the 3 upper and 4 lower

hooks. Remove the cover with the
caution label.

3 Install the Bush exit in the left side

groove. (There are 3 grooves at the
center of the Fuser unit)

4 Re-attach the cover with the caution

label.

Install it from this side

Rib

There is a rib on the cover, where the Bush exit is installed.
Install the Bush exit while pressing the rib

5 Install the Fuser unit in the machine.
