Error code SC2102 after switching the main switch ON

Phenomenon Error code SC2102 (developer colour motor error) may occur, after switching the main switch
ON.
Cause The inner part of the case DLP may contact the magnet roller, due to resin shrinkage of the case
DLP. This results in increased load to the developer motor.
Solution 1. The thickness of the poly slider washer has been changed from 0.2mm to 0.13mm.
2. Grease has been applied to the shaft of the screw DLP B assy and the oil seal contact
parts.
3. To indicate that the DV-570 has been changed, a black mark has been added to the
barcode label.
