Phenomenon Error code SC2102 (developer colour motor error) may occur, after switching the main switch

ON.

Cause The inner part of the case DLP may contact the magnet roller, due to resin shrinkage of the case

DLP. This results in increased load to the developer motor.

Solution The inner dimension of the case DLP 302HG14041 has been changed.

Please see service bulletin 2HG-006 for the temporary solution.
