TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Spots and uneven printout (white streaks)
(Refering to SB-2KZ-0031-C258)
Picture 1 (falling toner)
Phenomenon
Spots caused by falling toner randomly appear on the printouts (Picture1 and picture 2: depending on the toner accumulation on the sleeve roller).
White streaks (32mm pitch) at the edge or at the center of Image caused by DV sleeve roller (Picture 3,4).
Counter measure
Step 1: Firmware update (2K0 1009.009.016 or later)
Step 2: If the problem still occurs, it is recommended to replace all developer units with DV-896.
