INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Atfach Ihe wrist strap (A) to ttie
ring (B) and pull on the wrist strap to
open the camera cover (C). Use the
cover asa handle to steady thecamera
2.
Slides the back door latch (D) to the ieft. Open the back door (E) and drop in a tilm cartridge.
3. Close the back door (E) and make sure that it locks. Push
the-
film advance
(F) repeatedly until it locks. The film
name and number of exposures will appear in the window (G).
4.
Move
the exposure control (H) to the correct setting. The symbols which correspond to the settings will be visible
in the viewfinder.
5. The camera has a fixed focus, f/11 - 22mm KODAR Lens. You can take pictures from 1.20m to infinity.
6. Use flash for taking pictures indoors, outdoors in shade, or a cloudy day. The camera uses Flipflash (I). ForFlipflash:
insert theFlipflash with the fresh bulbs on top
and

After using
all the bulbs on the top half, remove the
Flipflash and invert it to position the
fresh bulbs
on
the top.(You can
remove
and reinstall a Flipflash at any time.}
Flash distances when using Flipflash: keep your subject between 1,20 - 3.50 metres (4 -12ft) from the camera when using ISO
100/21"
or ISO 200/24
speed
film;
keep your subject between
1.20 - 5 metres (4 - 16ftl from the camerawhen using 1SO400/27 speed film.
7. Hold the camera streadyandframe the subject in the viewfinder. Slowly squeeze the shutter release (LJ to take the picture. Push the film advance
until it locks.
8. After taking the last picture on a cartridge, push the film advance (F)
untii it locks. You will see black paper in the camera window (G). Remove the cartridge and arrange for processing as soon as possible.
For good pictures observe the
following recornmendations:
• Load the camera with proper type of
film for the desired pictures. For color
prints use KODACOLOR.forcolorslides
use KODACHROME 64 and tor black and which pnnts use KODAK VERICHROME PAN
film,
• Makecertainthewriststrapisnotin
front of the lens.
• Hold the camera steady.
• Keepfilmsandthecamerainacool,
dry place,
• Avoid taking pictures with direct
sunlight falling onto the lens.
• Avoid taking pictures of subiects
partially in direct sunlight and partially in shade,
• Include people in your pictures.
• Send film for developing immediately
after taking the last picture.
