PROCEDURE TO ADD 3 DOOR LIFTING TO 175GT DISH MACHINE
Installing the parts to allow all three doors of the dish machine to open at the same time will take approximately 1 hour. You will need the conversion strap (9660905) and instruction manual (9641606) supplied
with the machine when it was new and the parts pictured below.
Begin by installing the conversion bracket for a corner application. Do not do step 6 in the instructions,
leave link connected so all three doors lift. Hook the supplied spring and bracket to back of the door arm as pictured in figure 1. Slide angle bracket on back side of frame, align hole and bolt together as shown in figure 2.
Adjust spring tension using eye bolt nut until all three doors lift easily and remain in the open position
(approximately 3 inches of bolt will extend). Double nut the eye bolt so the tension nut will not loosen.
