The On-Premise Global laundry chemical dispensing system defines a new level of
versatility and economy for the small laundry market. This exciting new dispenser is
built on the industry leading On-Premise Plus platform with new features such as
increased 30 formula capability, choices from 2 to 8 chemicals, expanded programming
features, and data management capabilities. These enhancements offers the tools for
a small on-premise facilities to be able to manage cleaning costs and efficiently operate
like larger commercial laundries.

The OP-Global allows for the standard main case to dispense 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 chemicals to laundry machines in the 35 lb. to 175 lb.
category. With the additional satellite pump case, the OP Global can expand to dispense up to 7 or 8 chemicals. This is ideal for
facilities with hard water, where you need to add conditioners or additional chemicals.

The On-Premise Global now offers data management
capability that was previously only available in larger
chemical dispensers. The data management technology supplies you with critical information to be able to
manage and monitor your chemical dispensing usage
and costs. This will enable you to operate like larger
facilities to maximize overall efficiency and save
chemical, labor and energy costs.
The Reporter hardware and software allows you to program your
dispensers, print full detailed reports, or export reports into Excel from
anywhere in the world, whether in your office or directly from the
dispenser. You have the option to connect to the dispenser through an
IP/TCP connection, phone modem connection, or directly connect to
the dispenser with your laptop for “real time” graphic view of up to the
minute activity on the wash aisle.

The On-Premise Global remote is the new force behind the On-Premise platform, which now offers a whole wide range of new options.
The remote offers all the programming features of the Knight-Trak, Multi-Flow, On-Premise Plus remote, and more. The On-Premise
Global remote is also increasing the formula capability from 8 or 20 to 30 formulas. In addition to the programming features, the new
remote now offers the ability of data management with the On-Premise unit.

The new versatile On-Premise Global remote offers
multiple programming options including the
standard programming option, with an increased 30
formula capability with unique run and delay times
for each pump. This offers a greater control of
chemical costs with better wash results over a wide
range of soil loads.
New quick Soil Select mode
“Heavy/Medium/Light”
On-Premise Global now offers a quick, simple
formula select depending on the type of laundry
load. This operation allows three different soil
classifications “Light/Medium/Heavy” and the option
of selecting bleach or softener. The soil select
modes allows the operator to simply press the type
of wash and the unit is ready to go.
The Light/Medium/Heavy buttons can also be
individually programmed to become quick favorite
buttons for specific formulas.
