If you are using the PS4 controller for the rst time, you will need to pair it with the console rst. To do this, refer to the PS4 instructions on how to pair the controller.
INSTALLING THE CONTROLLER DONGLE
1 Remove any silicon skin or jacket from your
PS4 controller to access the charging port.
2 Align the controller dongle with the charging
port on your controller, then slide it down until it is completely inserted.
Note: You can leave the controller dongle in place during
gameplay.
Caution: This product contains small items that could be a
choking hazard if swallowed.
Keep these items away from young children!

SETTING UP THE CHARGING STATION
1 Align the detachable base with the tabs on the
charging stand, then slide it into place.
2 Place the charging station and
stand on a stable surface.
3 Insert the DC power connector
into the DC In jack behind the charging station.
4 Connect the AC power
adapter to a standard AC power outlet.
Before using your new product, please read these
instructions to prevent any damage.
RECHARGING YOUR PS4 CONTROLLERS
Remove any jacket or silicon skins from your PS4 controllers to permit charging. Make sure that the controller is facing forward.
• When there are no controllers on the charging station, the blue indicator lights are o.
• When one controller is charging, a single indicator light will be blue. When two controllers are charging, both indicator lights will be blue. The top indicator light corresponds to the top controller charging position, while the bottom indicator light corresponds to the bottom controller charging position.
• After a controller has nished charging, its corresponding indicator light turns o.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Before contacting technical support for help, check the following:
If the charge base doesn’t charge the controllers:
• Make sure that the controller dongle is correctly installed in the PS4 controller.
• Make sure that you have connected the AC power adapter to the charging station and a working AC power outlet.
• If the controller has been stored and/or unused for a long time, it may have become over-discharged. The charging station may not be able to recover the battery.
• Make sure that the surrounding temperature is between 41˚ and 86˚F (5˚C - 30˚C).
• Make sure that the PS4 controller is correctly installed in the charging station.
• Make sure that you have removed any jacket or silicon skin from your controller.
If battery life seems short and charging takes a long time:
• Make sure that the surrounding temperature is between 41˚ and 86˚F (5˚C - 30˚C).
• It is normal for battery life to decrease over time. If the battery life of your controller is aecting gameplay, consider purchasing a new PS4 controller.
