Removal of existing Transformer:

Reinstallation instructions:

equipment or removing any component

maintained by properly trained and qualified personnel only.

1. Ensure that the installer is properly grounded while
working with controller box

2. Remove the front cover and dead front of the Panel
Integrated switch board

3. Cut the tie wrap which is used to tie the primary wires
of the transformer to the bracket

4. Disconnect the quick connects at the primary side o
the transformer wires.

5. Unscrew the screws at the Power in terminal at
controller and remove the transformer secondary
wires.

6. Unscrew the transformer mtg screws (qty-2) & save
screws #8-32 for replacement transformer

7. Remove the transformer from the controller box.

1. Install the transformer in controller box and tighten
the transformer mtg screws to torque of 15-20 lb-inch.

2. Connect quick connects at the primary side o
transformer. Black to Black (Power wire) & White to
White (Neutral wire).

3. Put the transformer secondary stripped wires in
Power in terminal at controller and screw it to torque
of 5 lb-inch.

4. Tie the primary wires to the bracket by tie wrap fo
proper routing.

5. Install dead front and front cover of the Panel board
